I really did not enjoy my time here. I will be taking my business elsewhere. The nurse on the phone was super condescending, the doctor didn't communicate much about my concerns that I told the nurse about, and the only time one of the nurses seemed even remotely nice was when they noticed I was upset. If you know somebody struggles with mental health disorders, maybe you should take the time as a business and HUMAN BEINGS to be nice to everyone.
The lady while I was on the phone, made a comment about astigmatism not being a disease when I misunderstood her question.next time just don't comment on it to make someone else feel dumb. This place makes me miss our towns shopko optical so much, they were at least all super nice, civil, and thorough.

My experience is the same as the people that have responded below. They are just -very rude- people. Guess they just have to much business. Don't spend the time to respond to this because its clear that you are not fixing your problems and I won't be back. I'll take my business out of a local downtown business and go to Walmart.

It's unfortunate I have to write this review, because I do love the doctor and most of the staff. There are a couple desk staff at the Albert Lea location that have refused to figure out the communication issue between their office and my insurance provider, and they have been completely condescending towards me about it. I've had coverage with Eyemed(one of Innovisions covered providers) for over a year.
When it came time to bill me insurance for my exam cost, there was some confusion about how to look up my plan. I'm on a group plan through my employer, so there must be something different about looking it up in their system. The staff I worked with consistently treated me as if it was my responsibility to tell them how to figure out their own system, or like they thought I was lying about having coverage in the first place.
When I went to clear it up this afternoon the woman didn't even offer to call the insurance company to figure it out, basically telling me it was my fault and she wouldn't do anything to help me. I have no respect for a business that won't cover their own responsibilities to their patients. It was not my job to communicate back and forth between them, that's something the staff at the clinic is responsible for.
I'm appalled at their lack of customer service and outright rudeness. Suffice it to say I won't be returning to this location as I no longer feel welcome or comfortable in the office.

It feels kind of meh and dim when you walk in, the registers are generally under staffed everytime I've been in. Most of shelves are messy and un sorted. Not bad on some of the items for sale, probably not the best price, but not bad. Still seem to be "selling" stuff without actually having it, and still have a rain check from 2 years ago never fulfilled.

Great place to shop! Great deals and great people! The store needs to renovated a bit, but the employees are awesome here! Great selection and you don't have to walk as far to find everything. Bought some high quality winter boots for cheap, some awesome slip-on Sketchers on sale, and some really cool JVC bluetooth headphones for a crazy low deal. Oh and I got $10 in shopping bucks each time I spent $50+ (limited time).They also offer a free 3% rewards program! This may be my new favorite place to shop.

Very quick moving check outs. But it needs major renovations, the dressing room walls have holes in them, the tiles on the roof are stained with water damage as well as the tiles in the dressing rooms, the floor tiles are cracked, if it gets fixed i am willing to give it more stars but until then i just find it somewhat unreasonable to shop on such a broken down place.

A sales girl went ABOVE and BEYOND and went upstairs and dug through ALL the STOCK that was in boxes to see if there was still an item I was going to buy for my little grandson( that the customer service told me was all gone when I asked.) I had went home and then I later found a voicemail of hers TELLING ME that she had finally found one I would like to tell her now grateful I am to her!
