I would give this company zero stars if I could. Executive (CEO) Alan Buergenthal was horrible to me on the phone. I called and asked his secretary for him, and right off the bat he started claiming I told his secretary that him and I knew each other so I could get him on the phone and he also started insulting me (I did not tell his secretary that, I simply just asked for him and said I specifically wanted to speak with him).
I wanted to discuss possible treatment for myself at their facility but wanted to talk to the man in charge because the service I need is costly and I just want to make sure that the person administrating the service is trustworthy and their practice is up to par. I've been calling around to different places to find which place will be the best fit for me and doing research on these places for some work I'm doing as well. Based on how he approached a possible patient I would NEVER consider going here for any service they provide. Alan was rude to me before he even found out why I was calling and turned down a person who needed help.
If you do go here for treatment, I hope you're okay with being treated like dirt by THE MAN IN CHARGE OF THE WHOLE COMPANY. I'm honestly not sure how this business is still standing.
