Service was fine. Hours are terrible. No weekends. 8:30-5 weekdays. Tried to call at 8:48 and was about the get voice mail. My mistake for not taking note before I bought lenses there. Moving to another optician.

The doctor is wonderful and so is her assistant! She is so very thorough and kind. She asks many questions and her examination is extremely detailed. You feel as if she really cares about you! She is extremely knowledgeable in every area of eye health. I would recommend Dr. Z to anyone who wants the best in eye care.

It was a struggle for learning how to wear a contact lens as I have very sensitive eyes. The support and care with guided instruction was very helpful for me to overcome this. That being said I had a great experience with the people working at Beaverton Eye health. Thank you very much

Very nice office, friendly, helpful staff AND close to home. Unable to get me right in due to fact Dr was on vacation. No problem. Saw the Dr for a vision check, as thought I needed a new prescription. After all the usual vision tests and photos of each eyeball, she discovered the cataracts I've had for awhile had gotten worse. I was given a brochure to read and a referral/authorization was sent to a surgery center. UPDATE: 11/13/20 - Still of the same opinion as previously, but now due to the pandemic are also very carefully practicing social distancing when medically possible, and sanitizing.

Even sanitizing the frame selections after try-on in addition to surfaces. I unfortunately had to cough and use my inhaler a few times due to wearing my mask (as were all of them), and Dr. left the room as a precaution. NO PROBLEM! Explained thoroughly the changes in my vision I had experienced and pointed out an issue she had found. Great place, great Dr., great staff! Update 2/17/22: Another issue, but being expertly dealt with by Dr. Zapodeanu. AND, Happy 10th Anniversary to Beaverton Eye Health!

She saw me right away, performed many eye tests and helped me pick out frames. She also answered questions on the phone afterwards.

Got my exam done super fast! They had a wide selection of frames and told me exactly what I had for my insurance compensation while picking out my frames. The doctor answered all my questions and was nice!

The doctor was knowledgeable and kind. The process of picking out glasses went very well. They are taking excellent precautions against COVID.

Be careful your choice of glasses frame, or anything you said "yes" or "good". There is NO customer service, NO refund, NO return. If your glasses won't fit, that's yours because you picked it yourself. The sales and the services are final after you paid. Go to real American eye service places, NEVER COME TO THIS EYE SHOP.

Everyone was very friendly and on time for my exam. They saved me some money by fitting my existing frames to the new prescription. Highly recommend.

I took my mom for glasses. they told us it would be covered by insurance after they checked. no written estimate provided. then they bill us for $500 and are taking my mother to court over unpaid bill. elderly scam. stay away at all cost. get our glasses at a place that can treat you well

Good overall, felt a little pushed to make a decision about lenses and left a bit confused about how my prescription changed so dramatically. Overall good experience, friendly staff, clean office, and quality lenses and frames.

They got me in and did an amazing job. Even gave sound advice on the glasses I tried on! Love the staff.
