We at Promise Pediatrics, LLC believe in keeping your child's health our main priority. We know how much you treasure your child and our office treasures them as well. Our staff welcomes new patients with open arms and strives to accommodate you when scheduling an appointment for your child. We understand you will have questions and concerns to relay to our providers, so we ensure ample time for each appointment.
Christine Baughman and her husband, Dr. Henry Baughman, opened Promise Pediatrics together in 2001 with a goal of providing quality pediatric care to North Georgia. She received her registered nursing degree from Baptist Hospital in Little Rock, AR and now resides in Ringgold, GA, with her husband and children.
1. Summer season is checkup season! Before you know it, the kids will be heading back to school. Avoid the rush and schedule your child's checkup and immunizations today. We want to hear all about your children's lives over the past year, make sure they're healthy and happy, and explore ways we can help in the coming year.
From the shape to the building to the artistry on the walls inside our rooms, you will see our Noah's Ark theme spread out all over our facility. Each room is painted by a local artist keeping with specific themes. We have a cat room, a dog room, jungle themes and swamp themes.just to name a few. We feel that the interesting rooms ease the nervousness of some children who are uneasy about "coming to see the doctor".

I absolutely love Dr. Baughman and Josh. They always take care of my babies, rather regular check up or sick visit. The new female Dr was on call one night and I was about to take my toddler to the ER for second time. I called and she diagnosed her over the phone. Saved me a trip to the ER ( and money) and told me what to do until the morning. Then she seen her in office the next morning and got her taken care of. I absolutely love these guys.

After having multiple negative experiences with another pediatrics office, we switched to Promise Pediatrics and I cannot express how much our whole family loves and appreciates every single person in this building. From the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctors - they are all wonderful. Our kids just love the aquarium (we do too!), and they look forward to each visit now, even on sick days!
While past experience combined with my own anxiety brought my expectations very low, Dr. Baughman and all of the staff has made me realize that THIS is what pediatric care should be about. Thank you all so much, every day for doing what you do and being who you are to make such an awesome facility. My family truly cannot thank you enough for you patience, kindness, willingness to explain anything and everything. Thank you so much for being there for us!

We see Rebecca, the new NP. She is fabulous! So knowledgeable about breastfeeding and my baby's stages of development. The whole practice is respectful of the parents and the child. Rebecca never opts to do unnecessary treatments or medications, as she really does have the best interest of her patients in mind. I think she is an excellent choice if you want a knowledgeable, gentle, care provider that is in tune with your child and able to see things holistically. We are very happy with the care we receive here.
