Doctor Manuel Cruz was my grandmothers doctor for many years. I am so grateful for him, his care, and the staff was always amazing! Amazing customer service.

They do not answer the phones or return calls. In addition, they shilled a "sleep study" to help with my apnea (for which i paid $500 out of pocket), then the company they recommended would only sell a new a apnea mouthpiece - when that was denied by my INS the conversation was over. My health was not in their interest, go here if you want terrible service and to be drained of $$$.

Brian Schwartz MD has been GREAT as well as all the office staff! He explains thoroughly so that you understand well and I have not felt rushed or nervous in questions I wanted to ask, even relating a few of my husband's issues. From the front desk to the nurses to the ladies in check out, everyone was friendly and patient. (I saw a comment from someone not even from the area about the office being racial, which is so untrue; and there are many races of people that work there.) Their office was misinformed by my share group and are in fact out of network. Chelsi worked with me on the cost.

Of course, it wasn't what it would have been with someone in network; but considering the tests I had done and the number of visits I had, I think very reasonable expenses. Since I only have three years to go until Medicare and shouldn't (hopefully) need more tests done, I have decided to stay with Dr. Schwartz even though he is out of network now but does take Medicare. My friend's daughter sees a specialist in this office and she really likes him as well; and they discovered an unusual problem she had as a minor child.

There was a misunderstanding at the heart Hospital. A nurse was not doing her job and blamed it on the PA as well As Dr. Mithani. Dr. Mithani is an excellent physician who was thrown under the bus by a nurse who was too lazy to do her job, My physician is excellent, compassionate, thorough and really loves his patients so much. Any review that is posted that does not have 5 stars is a terrible mistake. I couldn't be more grateful to him and highly recommend this wonderful man. I love Dr. Schwartz! He is THE absolute best. He's extremely patient, he listens to my concerns and is upfront with his expectations of me. I will always follow him wherever he goes and so long as he practices medicine. The new facility is great and the office and Dr. Schwartz always run on time, which is critical for me. I can't recall a visit where I have waited for a long period of time.

I also love that they have a patient portal set up that allows me to communicate with the staff on a number of topics such as refills, appointments, test results etc. The staff is very responsive on this platform and I love it!

I'm a healthcare architect, so I've seen plenty of clinics. It is a beautiful building inside and out, with plenty of space. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Schwartz truly cares about his patients, is professional and does not rush you.

I've been a pt of Dr Shapira for 4yrs, since my Cardiac Arrest. He put in my Defib. He is a great Dr who listens to my questions, and I have many. But I've only seen him a couple times, then I was handed over to the PAs, who all have been really nice. But Dr Varma didn't seem to concerned about my new issues then failed to inform me of another dx from my test. Plus many of the staff are rude. I can never get ahold of the recpt, still waiting for a call back a week later.

The new office is very pretty and comfortable. I love Dr. Aligeti and get great care here. They probably need a second person to help at the front desk, that poor girl always seems slammed.
