Not a good place. Pushing people to get covid shot and tests for small sicknesses or for just not feeling good. Then discharging people from the facility if you don't want to get a covid test. Place has gone down hill fast since covid took over. Making people get diagnosed from vehicles and force people to leave when you don't want a covid test. Wouldn't even give medical attention without covid test

I have called today for an emergency visit. I talked to the office manager. She was fast, professional and answered all my questions. She took care of everything in a short amount of time. I was seen right away and all went well. Very impressed. Great job. Thank you

I have been going to this practice for 28 years. I first saw Dr Pion. Excellent doctor. Because I had not been there for 3 years, I was assigned a new Physician, Dr Ascione, equally excellent doctor. I have always received perfect care, the personnel is proficient, professional & always pleasant. I only have praise for being a very satisfied customer.

I would've given five stars if my original doctor was still here but she left unfortunately. Other doctors seem a bit rushed with appointments but so seem to listen to what you have to say. The front office and staff however, get zero stars. They are rude and unprofessional. But if you can get passed that, the doctors are decent.

I can't say enough good things about Mike VanGrouw. He takes the time necessary to listen to his patients. He is patient and understanding. The staff is also great. Always friendly and helpful. I'm glad they are my PCP.

My children go here and see Dr. Vangrouh, he's great! The nurses are wonderful with my girls as well. I always get called for appointment reminders as well. I think in the last couple of years they've worked hard to better help patients.

Our family has had a great experience here for the past two years. The office staff is very friendly and helpful and I always get appointment reminder calls. The nurses are great with little kids. We've always seen Mike VanGrouw and he's been great. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a family practice in the area!

I have chronic migraines. Numerous times i have tried to make an appointment which they can never get scheduled. After that they say they will be able to get my prescription over to the pharmacy without a visit to the clinic. I never get a call and this has happened multiple times. Thank you Graham Medical for lying and keeping me in constant pain.

I've been going to Graham Medical Center for over 15 years. The staff has always been friendly and professional. Almost every time I've walked in, I've noticed that the phones have been very active. To me this is a good sign that they will be around for another 15 years.
