I contacted Dr Mallorie because I was concerned about my wisdom teeth. I chose Dr Mallorie because he is a highly skilled dental surgeon, who has a keen passion for dentistry, which is evident from all the further training and degrees he has completed. I am very wary of whom I allow near my teeth and felt that Dr Mallorie was a good fit for what I was looking for, as he incorporates an evidence-based approach in all dentistry procedures he carries out.

I had two wisdom teeth removed under IV sedation, and the whole process was quick and painless. Dr Mallorie showed excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, patient-centred care and a caring attitude from start to finish. Any concerns that I had were answered promptly (no matter what time of day it was), which put my mind at ease. Dr Mallorie met me on a Sunday to check my mouth's healing after the wisdom teeth extraction so I could return to work on Monday. I cannot express how grateful and thankful I am to Craig in respect of the dental treatment he delivered to me during what was probably one of the most awful times in my life. Craig extracted at tooth for me shortly after I recovered from the Covid 19 Virus and during the lockdown period. I made contact with Craig one weekend (from a referral of a dentist friend), Craig responded almost immediately and after suffering with the most awful pain for the previous three weeks and after taking various prescribed drugs he provided me with an appointment to have the tooth extracted on the Tuesday morning.
