I was recommended by a friend, who is a physician, who has given many referrals here including his cousin that is a Radiologist. Knowing this meant a lot because if there was any negative feedback, I would have been told. I cannot compliment the staff enough. Oscar, Diane Dr. Richard Lin are kind people. They even reminded me about parking hours on the street and informed me of the validation they offered in their Sherman Oaks location.
Their primary (procedure) location was excellent as well because of the cleanliness and their pleasant staff. It even had a brand new massage chair that was impressive. After my procedure, I did experience dry eyes and halos which I knew was standard. About a year and half later it's unnoticeable. I was a little nervous during the procedure and the nurse offered to hold my hand on the second eye.
This was a nice gesture and I appreciated this since she didn't have to offer. Dr Lin was professional and addressed any concerns that I had prior. Follow up appointments went well and professionalisms and customer service was always there. I would highly recommend IQ Laser Vision based on my experience. I was able to use my flex benefits for this procedure which helped financially and even did 2 years worth based on my plan. Never having to worry about contacts while traveling, swimming and camping has been amazing. I only wish I did this sooner. Thank you Dr. Lin and staff!
