Absolutely terrible custom orthotics. After countless adjustment appointments with the podiatrist who prescribed and ordered them, he finally had to reorder. The second par was just as bad! There isn't a pair of shoes on this planet that could accommodate those orthotics. So, after so much back and forth, after such an expense, I am left with a store bought orthotics, because the ones made by Prolab are terrible and unusable.

I called the lab to ask a few questions about my orthotics and how they were made. They wont speak to Patients and were RUDE as heck. The manager must be insulated from any type of customer service or has serious job security. She did not assist me in any manner and hung up on me. I hope the new CEO clean house of the poor management team.
