My daughter is sick and has Covid symptoms. We called after hours to let them know that we would like her to be seen in case it is strep throat so she can get started on an antibiotic. We were told since she has Covid symptoms she would need a Covid test. We said OK and were told that since it was after 5:00 pm she would not be able to seen tonight (at the after hours clinic) since the hours for Covid testing are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and the clinic hours are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. It is incredibly frustrating to not get medical care at a medical facility because someone is allowing Covid to rule and ruin their clinic.

I delivered my sweet baby at this hospital! It was an awesome experience. The nurses take the time to make sure that all your needs and wants are met. I was super anxious and the nurses did a good job of helping me feel better and didn't make me feel like I was just another patient. The Anesthesiologist doctor Parry (I think its spelt) was OVER THE TOP AMAZING. She deserves an award for how truly completely outstanding she was! Traveling 1.5 hours to deliver here was well worth it!

Growing up in Kemmerer I have always been grateful for the hospital and their friendly and welcoming staff. However over the last few years there have been a lot of changes in staff and management that I feel have greatly affected the overall quality of this facility. Melissa Cassidy is the manager of the acute care floor where my sister has been admitted, and Melissa has been anything but welcoming or friendly since the moment my sister arrived.
She has gone above and beyond to make sure that my sisters stay is uncomfortable as well as cut short because she doesn't agree with why she is there. She has acted completely unprofessional throughout my sisters entire stay thus far and, in my opinion, has thrown the book of ethics out the window. I understand Melissa may not agree with why a patient is there, but I also feel she owes each patient the same respect as the next, as she is the one that chose this profession.
For the most part I think the staff and management have been GREAT! They have stepped up and taken great care of my sister even in the face of their own manager not doing so, and for those employees I am grateful. The reason I am giving this facility a 1 star rating is because I feel that if it weren't for the select few employees that are working hard and doing their job professionally, Melissa would have thrown my sister out. I would hate for anyone else to have to go through what we have gone through.

They just play a money game, you wait forever, and they dont always look at what wrong they just say a couple of things, and one time I went there they said I broke my wrist in two places and put me in a cast I ended up tearing some ligaments and another time I went there when I rolled my ankle bad they said I sprained it bad which was true but they put me in a half cast, which was a kind of a split and they didnt even wrap it right so they ended up causing even more damage to my ankle. The only thing I am happy with this hospital is that the staff is really nice.

You have a doctor Chad Seiler who told my daughter Cheri Marler she should go to an er that deals with back issues, She had 2 surgeries in Jan an has had many issues trying to get recovered. But this doctor was rude to her today for the last time. his name will be put out there as a money grubber for your hospital. What right does he have to be rude to a patient who is suffering. she is a resident of Kemmerer an due to swelling in her back a long car ride is horrible for her.
He had refused to look at her before or check records. There is so much I want to say, but I will save that for paperwork for an attny. You are not immune from unethical treatment of a patient seek relief from pain.
