Extremely disappointed with HR manager Leigh Smith! If I could, I would give her negative stars. She has demonstrated on multiple occasions that she is extremely unprofessional, sneaky and manipulative in all of her work and her interactions with employees as well as the public. Furthermore she violated confidential information which damaged personal and professional relationships.

Since the point of HR is to regard people as the most important single asset of the organization and seek to enhance organizational performance in its relationship with them. it is So utterly confusing that the Hospital Administration would allow her to be in a HR position WITHOUT an HR degree or the ability to understand and execute her job correctly and professionally. Shame on you Barrett!

One star for the staff members and nurses that really care. I've already reported literal malpractice several times and in turn have been condescended instead of investigated. There should not be such a significant body of locals with identical experiences. I have no words for it anymore. Just seek out very specific doctors or try somewhere else if you want to be helped.

Patient for 4 years. They are always on top of my health care needs. Annual health visit, Lab work and Mammogram all completed same day.in and out, not driving back-in-forth. My doctor, Kelly Smith spends the entire dedicated hour with me, very experience lab personnel draw my blood with one stick (I have extremely tiny veins) and Lesli Cottom is the BEST in performing a Mammogram.

These are the reasons I travel 330 miles round trip for my healthcare. Yes, I have closer and even larger medical facilities near me, but the personalized care and coordination of services is not as good as to what Barrett Hospital & HealthCare delivers.

Awful service awful attitudes. 1/10 staff members were actually nice. My son was so uncomfortable with the behavior in this hospital. If you're hurt I'd recommend you to get driven to butte

I want to thank Dr. Fortenberry of the VEIN clinic for the professional work of he and his team. The results of the procedures have been amazing. My legs no longer ache and and are vastly improved. There is no reason to go anywhere else if a person has symptoms of vein disease. Thank you!

I was in a very bad car wreck and was taken to Barrett Hospital from the scene of the accident. From the EMTs that brought me in, to the phenomenal ER staff and techs, to all the nurses and advising doctors I saw while I was in the hospital - even the janitorial staff and cafeteria workers - every single person made me feel like my recovery and comfort was their greatest concern.

Any questions or requests I had were dealt with promptly and professionally and I could not have asked for a better care team during a very harrowing experience. I am so thankful for their hard work and obvious concern for their patients. Barrett staff are some of the best I've ever dealt with.

I just got arthroscopic surgery on my knee on January 7, 2020. The care that I got was amazing, from the lady checking me in to all the nurses and Dr. Downey. Everyone was so nice and they made me feel so comfortable before and after surgery, they were very professional. Two days after surgery I went to Physical Therapy and I had a great visit, they gave me the tools to get my knee back into skiing and running shape.

In a week I was able to lightly run and in two weeks I was able to ski. I am so happy that we have a great hospital and Doctors in my hometown and I don't have to travel to Butte or Bozeman to get surgery or a check up. Thank you Barrett Hospital and everyone involved in my surgery!

Recently while traveling I required medical treatment, which turned into a 7 day hospital stay. To my good fortune I was in Dillon Mt. which has one of the best hospital facilities I have seen. Not only it the facility VERY modern with all the diagnostic tools available, but the staff were highly professional and caring (They never left the room without asking what else they could do for myself or my wife). While I would never wish anyone to have to be hospitalized, if you do need care this facility is Highly recommended.
