Upon visiting your facility, for chest pain, I was made to lay in an ER bed for 9 hrs with no known estimated time of being admitted to a room after being told I was going to be admitted at 9am. At approximately what 10:30am I was told I would be sent for a stress test by 6pm I still had not been sent for the test. I needed to get up and walk around after laying there that long and was told I couldn't because I was on monitors.

Therefore I walked out of the hospital. My husband had even asked for a little more comfortable bed after laying there for 9 hours. Nurses wouldn't visit on a regular basis. My husband had to unhook me from my monitors so I could go to the bathroom.

Some of their nurses are very pleasant and some treat good 1 day then the next day is very rude doesn't pay any attention to me unless I get her attention and still have me waiting longer than I am supposed to. One of the nurses is just to pretty to even touch you yet along take you to the bathroom!. But I'm not going to end on that note because there are some really nice nurses on the 6 th or buythe evil ones are also here I can't wait to get the *** out of here

The nurse I had literally pinched the bottom of both of my legs because I came in with sever back and leg pain, they asked if I was experiencing numbness or tingling I said a tiny bit but he still knew I could feel my legs and still pinched them very hard, the lady at the check in desk with the tattoos and brown hair is extremely rude and became very snarky slamming doors when I would walk by, and when she asked if I worked and said stay at home mom she was rude and asked well does your husband atleast work, right in front of me she looked at the lady behind her and said oh look here's another one, when we had signed it, they acted like I was out for medication, they had taken me back to radiology and I had sat there for 20-30 minutes before anyone even knew I was there, the nurse was really rough, and the Drs are beyond ignorant, I'm definitely calling and reporting this hospital for negligence and a filthy environment, even tho I told the Dr I had a Mri that proved I wasn't lying about my back they still didn't believe me! And acted like I was lying!

We have been sitting here in the waiting room for 3 hours now for them to see my pregnant girlfriend who had past out and is feeling pain in her stomach and that is getting worse. This place is basically a joke and not a real ER especially with a rude nurse at check in.

I truly do not understand some of these reviews. I've lived in Princeton since 2010 and only really started to regularly be in the hospital after being diagnosed with cancer in 2018. Literally every single person I've ever interacted with on the cancer floor, physical therapy floor, in imaging, blood work, radiology, etc have been the nicest and most caring people.

They always made me feel comfortable and like I was going to be in good hands. I could ask them any question that came to mind and any time I've ever needed mobility help, I've gotten it. I refuse to move anywhere else because I am so happy with my treatment and the people who regularly work with me here. I know most people only take the time to write a review when they've had a bad experience, but the people I've had the pleasure of interacting with have quite literally changed my life for the better.

COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Absolute WORST care I have EVER seen. My wife has currently been a patient at PCH for 5 days now and was scheduled to receive a picc line so we can try to get her discharged soon. After being advised to not have anything to eat or drink after midnight, they did not put the picc line in until 3:30pm - with no food or water all day.then when they were finished, my wife called the nurses station and asked for water, as she was obviously thirsty.the nurse who answered told my wife and i QUOTE "MA'AM THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM".I don't think I need to explain my one star review any further than that.absolutely RIDICULOUS.

This was a horrific experience. I entered the faculty the security guard was rude and the tattoo lady was even ruder. I payed for over three hours waiting for treatment by the way I didn't get. I was promised something for nausea never got it. The doctor or he says he is took a minute never read my chart and asked me if I was running a fever YES it was in my chart! Needless to say I left there sicker than I came in and I wouldn't take my dog to this place. They seem to forget who pays their salaries. Our insurance and our money. Take a few extra minutes and go somewhere else

One star is way to good for these people. All of the workers here are rude, dirty, and unprofessional. Floors and beds are filthy, staff does not wash hands properly, and "bottom of the class". Oh, and if you want any privacy then you can completely forget about it. These nurses and office workers will shout out your DOB, SSN, and other PII for anyone to hear. A complete HIPAA violation. You are more likely to get sick just going there for a checkup or if you have to stay a few days. I wish Bluefield was still open.

I took my better half to Princeton community hospital. They did nothing for him. They put him in a room we're they tell people there family has past away. He sit there for 3 hour no one checked on him. Then the doctor came in listened to his chest said here is some medicine. They never ask him questions and he tried to tell them all that was going on Come back if you get worst. This hospital is a joke.

Always a positive environment even in times of distress. Easy to navigate through provided by the signs on the walls and such. Every employee seems to be very helpful and considerate given they are dealing with many different people all with their own issues of sort. Plenty of parking due to extended parking lots. Vending machines and public restrooms are available.
