So found out pretty much there was no space between my knee and that my Meniscus was near to nothing in my knee upon an x-ray and well I'm the type of person that doesn't take pain meds because I have colon issues and they would constipate me to the point where I'd have a bowel obstruction so I never even asked for pain meds because what I wanted was answers and a different way to manage the pain without pain meds such as in operation which in my case like people who have my same issues as necessary to repair the meniscus well anyways because of certain circumstances which I won't post online I was treated differently as a patient and told that nope we're not going to do a damn thing for you for another 10 to 20 years then they wanted me to wear some Orthotics that they sold even though an orthopedic that I seen in the past from a different company who retired said that those Orthotics would not be sufficient for my feet and that I need to go to Hagen or some other place that sells Orthotics because of my foot deformity well anyways even though they had a good stack of my medical records as well as confirmation from another doctor saying the ones that Heartland had was not sufficient the nurse practitioner was really rude and still insisted that I try those Orthotics even had me stand on the things and while they were hard as a rock and not even comfortable so why would I spend the money on them none the less they still continue to recommend them to me even though other doctors told me not to get the Orthotics from Heartland because of my foot because of my foot deformity and other issues with my knee my Meniscus completely eaten away and history of foot deformity but yeah like other people have said really rude and disrespectful an arrogant unwilling to even follow up with doing another X-ray and Cat Scan after physical therapy only did the minimal for me definitely not going back there again.

My arch feel in my left foot had it reconstructed alingvwith my Achilles lengthened.and plate in too if foot. Most painful ordeal I've ever had! Se stikka from Alex cones here every Wednesday. Very caring and understanding dr/surgeon! Follow ups weekly then biweekly to once a month. It'll be 2 years in April still pain under plate. Called for appointment after not been seen for 14 plus months. Got an appointment only a week out!

No complaints at all concerning dr Stikka! Had to go to Bethesda following for after care etc. never go there again! They forgot my meals and therapy daily! After 9 days I told my primary bout neglect and he discharged me home. Learned to walk etc all on my own! Bethesda is the worst! They ever helped me to shower nothing!

Two hips replaced by Eric Nelson, MD and I'm still alive and (gently) kicking. Very professional and very competent, the doctors listen and answer questions. I like that athletic trainers work alongside the docs, highly recommend.

Worst experience ever the doctor forgot about the follow-up while still in the hospital the next day.also were treated like drug addicts immediately after surgery and there was no pain control.nurse practitioner told us we should have went somewhere else extremely not careing at all. Plus the rice hospital nurses just plain sucked the discharge orders were not even right
