Our office is easy to find next to the Gray Post Office on Turnpike Acres Road off Route 100. From Exit 63 of the Maine Turnpike turn right to the first set of lights at Gray Corner. Take a right onto Route 100 south. Go 1/2 mile and turn right onto Turnpike Acres Road (immediately before The Big Apple). We are the second building on the right with plenty of parking in the front of the building.
Complete eye examinations allow us the opportunity to detect eye and health problems BEFORE you ever notice there is a problem. Early detection of problems is why we recommend regular examinations and believe they are essential to ensure good eye and general health. From managing glaucoma and macular degeneration to detecting diabetic retinopathy and retinal detachments, regular eye exams can save your and your family's vision. As a convenience to you, our office uses Optomap retinal imaging which captures a permanent image of your retina.

Dry Eye Syndrome is a condition in which the eye suffers from inadequate tear production or quality. In some cases the front surface of the eye becomes so dry it actually becomes inflamed. Your eye makes different type of tears and if you are deficient making "normal" lubricating tears then your eye will often respond by over producing reflex or watery type tears.
