Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees. We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. We are committed to helping you receive your full insurance benefits; however, you are still personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within a reasonable timeframe.
Please bring your insurance card and a photo ID. If you are bringing your child, please bring his/her immunization records as well. Making you feel at ease while you are in our care is one of our top priorities. We have created a comfortable environment for you, and our friendly professional staff is always available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.

Lab testing is a vital part of your treatment as it helps your doctor diagnose your health issue correctly and shows any health changes over time. Once lab results are received, your doctor is able to efficiently diagnosis your condition or determine if further testing is necessary. We have other tests available that are also available in-house for rapid turn around of results.

You start by answering a text message on your cell phone asking you to update all of your personal health information before coming in. When you come in you are told they don't pay any attention to that information.so they ask you all the information again. How many patients time has been wasted? Waited 40 minutes to be seen for an appointment made months ago. Does anyone look at these reviews? The nurses are great, the doctors are great. the office help is rude. They lack a good office manager.

Those girls at the front desk are rude.they have no since of respect nor professionalism. They just sit there and talk smack about the people that go in there looking for medical help.never going there again and won't be recommending. The lack of professionalism is absolutely ridiculous.maybe instead of hirring young smack talking teenagers with drawn on eyebrows they need to find people that actually care to be in the medical field.

I have never been to a more unprofessional doctors office before. My previous doctor quit and I was unaware. When it came time for me to refill my prescription I was placed on hold for over an hour. Eventually I was able to speak with a receptionist and she said they could not refill my prescription without seeing a new doctor and refused to send an emergency supply to last me until I was able to get an appointment.
She took all of my insurance information but did not save it to my account, so I had to do that prior to meeting with the new doctor. On the day of the appointment she forgot to add me to the schedule for an appointment even though she told me I had it at 2:45 on Jan. 11th. The receptionist staff was very rude and not understanding of my situation.
I waited 30 minutes to see the doctor who agreed to see me between his other patients. I got back to the room and waited another 30 minutes. Eventually he came in and he said "Do you want a refill" I replied that I did. And I was able to leave. I will never be making an appointment there again!

Doctors and service is great but the hours they convey on their website and online are very inaccurate. I got a COVID test Friday afternoon and planned to come and get results Saturday around 11 thinking they would be open from 8-12, as listed but they were closed. Planning to go back to work Sunday night, I now have to wait and go back on Monday night. Very disappointed.

Was hoping I finally found a good Dr but all I got was more bills and no help. Do Dr's even care anymore? When you tell someone your out of important medicine that you will give the a call back so you can call the medicine in.no call back. Now I have no medicine. The Dr doesn't even look at me or talk to me im sure he just thinks I want pain pills which is the last thing I care about. I just want to figure out why i feel so terrible. Back to square one. does anyone know of a good Dr who really cares in the area?

If I could give zero stars I would. I am disgusted by the rudeness and incompetence of this nursing staff, coupled with providors that not only make mistakes they refuse to correct, but dont hear a word you say, Waste of Time and Money. You might get a test, good luck with getting your results, you might get a prescription, good luck getting a diagnosis code applied so ins will pay for it Beware, Go Some place else WORTHLESS

I would not recommend Dr. Stinnett to be anyone's health care provider he will not take care of you like a doctor should. He has treated me with disrespect, unkidness, and very unprofessional behavior. But I should thank him I found another doctor that is amazing and she is very sweet and she is every thing Dr. Stinnett will never be. I would trust her with my life
