Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming to new patients. With their app, you're able to communicate with a staff member within minutes, which is extremely helpful during emergency situations and updates on tests. I was able to communicate with a nurse on a Sunday night and they checked in on me often using the app. I am very appreciate of their services so far.

WOW! I just tried to follow my past provider to Hess Clinic, becauseshe knows me. They called me and told me that they will not allow me to be seen by them because of a $30.00, yes that was 3 ten dollar bills, that they had to write off 4 years ago. First of all, I really don't remember ever coming there except for a physical test when I started a new job.
And second I don't ever remember getting a bill 5 times for $30, because I would of paid it. I can understand if it was $3,000.00, but its $30 fricking dollars! I hope like hell Hess clinic people never fall on hard times!

Asked for a refund for an expensive service I purchased that they stopped offering (never told me they were planning on stopping the service either) before I could get it done and they gave me the run around on the phone several times and ignored my voice mails; never would put me in touch with someone from billing. I have an international business and know this is not proper treatment of customers. Pathetic.

I requested FMLA paperwork filled out on behalf of my father. I sent the paperwork with my mother, father and sister to the appointment. He is terminal, age 83 and falls almost daily. My mother is 80 and is his caregiver. I requested the paperwork so I could help with his or their care when needed. I live in Tulsa Oklahoma. It is not a short drive across town.
They refused to fill out the paperwork because they "do not know me." I was appalled. A doctor who no longer is affiliated with the clinic helped but the new doctor my father has will not. I called them and explained the situation, to no avail! They suggested that I have my doctor in Oklahoma do it. How ridiculous. he does not have my fathers medical records or knows him. This clinic proved to me how little compassion and empathy they have.
