Albertville Primary Care

I have had to be treated at this facility several times. The staff is wonderful and the doctors I had were great. They actually seemed to genuinely care. Dr. Maze and dr Matlock were great and very understanding and the nurses I had were great. Thanks for taking care of me!

Rude staff, long waits. No one tells you anything. Receptionist just stares at you. She doesn't wear a mask either, yet all of the patients are wearing masks.

Had knee surgery on Friday the 22nd! And from pre admission to recovery till I came home I had the best care ever! Dr. Smith I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone! He did exactly what he said, and my recovery is exactly how he said it would be! So ty all of you see this!

My dad has terminal cancer. He has been receiving chemo for 8 years. A few nights ago, he was so sick and ready to give up. We called an ambulance to take him to MMCN ER. I can not say enough positive things about our experience. Dr. Victor Sparks treated my dad and all of us like we were the only patients in the ER. He spent so much time with my daddy.

They talked about mutual friends in Arab, grandparents, multiple things. The medical care we received from Dr. Sparks was beyond amazing. That was 2 days ago and today, my dad was sitting up, feeling so much better, watching The Masters at home in his living room. I not only want to give a huge shout out regarding the medical care my dad received but also for the kindness and compassion of Dr. Sparks and his staff. Maegen Moore was our RN.

She did an amazing job as well. I am a nurse manager at a facility in Huntsville. I must say that Maegen is an outstanding nurse. She told me she was a fairly new RN. I could just tell that she has a bright future ahead of her because she is an amazing nurse. You all better be good to her or I might try to steal her. Those kind of nurses are few and far between these days. I really just want to say thank you. Amy Turner-Griep

My grandmother goes in with a swollen knee with severe pain. Yes she is allergenic to every med in the world but an mri or an x-ray should have been done not just a referral to dr smith. Nurse practitioner Stephanie beaver is who is there tonight. I will take my grandmother to another er. This is outrageous!

Totally incompetent. I wouldn't even recommend that place to someone I don't enjoy being around. If I were in a terrible accident I'd prefer to be left to my own devices rather than rely on them to save my life. I don't think they could.

I wonder where some of these "doctors" got their medical degree. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I want it documented that we asked for a CT chest and they refused. Why?! It's a 3 minute test. She could have a PE. Do drs care if patients die anymore?

I came in tonight at 7:30 pm, was then moved 30 minutes later into a waiting room alone wasn't told anything just to wait. Sat there it's now 10:05 pm and I'm in a room next door to the waiting room I sat in that has been empty this whole time along with eight other rooms that I could see. Asked to go get my phone charger that was 20 feet from the waiting room and was told no the nurse came asked me my name then left came back put me in this room tested me for the flu and covid and then left did not say nothing else to me.

This place is a joke the nurse did not discard the trash she used on me to get the swabs. The sheet I'm on is dirty. Wth! I'll be sitting here another two hours before anyone else speaks to me.

Do not go to Marshall Medical Center North! I took my boyfriend there today because he's wheezing, low oxygen at night, coughing his head off the last few days and has had covid for over 10 days now. Pretty sure he has pneumonia! They put him in a room. Did xrays. One doctor or nurse came in and listened to his heartbeat. Repeated all the symptoms to him he had already told them he was having at the front desk.

They took no blood, no urine no nothing else. They came back in with 2 inhaler prescriptions. Didn't bother telling him how his xrays were nothing. The guy said they gave you two inhaler prescriptions and left his room. Didn't ask if he had any questions, concerns, NOTHING! This place is an absolute joke and someone needs to do something about it.

This is zero quality care. If you need medical help do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE! This place needs shut down if this is the quality of care they are giving sick patients!

Long story short.went in with severe left side pain. Did a CT. Doctor comes in and tells me everything looks great! My appendix looks awesome! I haven't had an appendix in over ten years. Choose your health care wisely.
