Very friendly staff! Dr. Blair is friendly and thorough preforming all test needed to make sure my eyes stay healthy. Great eye care!

Well first off they have a puppy named Blue and he's the best! And their top employee Olivia was the greatest and ran all my tests! Dr. Blair is the best doc out there so come see him!

I was referred by a friend but I didn't want to have my eyes dilated and dr Blair was indignant about getting them dilated. It was an Uncomfortable experience. I will not go back.

I've been to a couple few eye doctors, but none have given me a prescription that felt right untill I went here. I walked out wearing a pair of contacts that I can read with and drive. Insurance took care of a better portion of the bill, an the remainder that I paid was MORE then acceptable. Staff was very friendly and the doctor was professional. I've found my new permanent eye doctor now! Thank you gang! It's nice to see right again!

Dr Blair and all of his assistants are great! They got me right in and removed the foreign object from my eye and restored my vision! If you have any doubt of something being in your eye, don't wait. Go to him first!

The staff there are excellent. the Doctor is a professional in every way. in my recent visit I found the staff friendly and professional; while Dr. Blair proved how personable he is when you have questions about your eye care. This is a good place for eye care. You are always treated well.

Such an amazing office. Everyone in there is so friendly and helpful. I had not been to the eye doctor in a long time so I was extremely nervous going in but the second I walked in the door and multiple people welcomed me and treated me like they have known me for years. Just had my yearly appointment at Primary Eye Care. Had a great experience there. The Dr. Is great as all the girls they are very caring & I also love to see Blue the dog. A great place Togo to.

5 stars to Dr. Blair and his amazing staff! He fixed my problem with dry eyes. And my migraines and neck pain and vertigo are so much better with the Neurolens glasses he prescribed me. Thank you!

My experience at Primary Eye Care Associates was excellent. The staff were friendly and I received thorough, efficient, and expedient care.

I brought in a prescription from my eye specialist and PEC was recommended. Staff very friendly and said both pair would be in within 2 weeks. First pair came in 3 weeks later, second pair not in and going on 5 weeks. If I was told it would take 5 weeks and came in 2 weeks. It would have been different.

They are always very thorough and give the time and attention you would hope to find when getting an exam. The staff is always friendly and willing to help in any way!

This place changed my views on eye doctors. I had such an amazing experience from start to finish. It was clean there. The doctor listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions and made me feel 100 percent comfortable. The doctor was super easy to talk to and ask questions. I wish I could rate their more than 5 stars.

I hadn't been to the eye doctor in over 10 years and was very nervous but everyone was so nice! Dr. Leech was great and the exam was thorough and over in no time. Highly recommend!

Wow. I am usually seen the VA hospital as a veteran. I came here as VA is hard to get into. I will be here forever. The experience from the time I walked in the door and was greeted by the cutest pup named Blue. The staff was super sweet and the Dr. Leach I think his name was very thorough and helped me through issues the VA failed to treat me for given my history. I am a customer for life. Best Dr. Visit ever!

I have a severe problem with Cerebellar Ataxia that makes me extremely dizzy an causes horrible Double Vision. Dr Blair always takes extra time to get my new prescription just perfect. I would not think of going to anyone else. Dr Blair is The Best Ever!

I arrived a few minutes prior to appointment for annual eye exam and was greeted right away. I was taken back on time for my exam with all the high tech gadgets. I went back to waiting room for around five minutes before being taken to the exam room for the Dr. He did a very thorough job as usual. I left the exam room and was immediately greeted by the optician to get my glasses ordered. All went perfectly.

We were traveling from california when someone lost their contacts. We scrambled to try and find an optometry that would accommodate our urgent situation. When we called Primary Eye Care, they were instantly attentive and ready to help us. They offered excellent, timely, quality service within just minutes of notification. If we ever end up in Kentucky again and need an emergency optometry appointment, Primary Eye Care will be the first place we go. Appreciate the help!

First time visiting Primary Eye Care Associates. They were professional, courteous, and just did an overall great job fitting me with glasses. The frames are beautiful. I also received a big discount! Would highly recommend them.

I have been waiting for almost 7 weeks for my glasses. I am having issues finding out the status of my glasses. This, in my opinion, is an unreasonable amount of time to wait. I really liked Dr. Blair, but am disappointed in the lack of communication regarding my Neurolens glasses.

I ordered a pair of progressive lens bifocal glasses from Primary Eye Care and noticed that I received readers instead. I returned the glasses so they could correct the problem and after 2 weeks of waiting, I called for a status update. I was told that they couldn't find the glasses and when they do, they would send them to the lab. A week later, I called again for their status and was again told that they are in the lab and they would be ready in 2 weeks. 2 weeks passes and I was told that the glasses couldn't be found at the lab. I called the office and then asked for a refund for the sheer incompetence and time wasted.

Mary has been coming here 2 to 3 years. I had my eyes checked last year all is great. Wonderful staff always making sure you are comfortable.

Staff was friendly and facilities were great. They were able to perform a digital eye scan rather than dilate my eyes, which was nice. They had a good selection of frames for eye glasses and sun glasses. Overall I was satisfied with the service and pricing.
