The mission of Hendricks Community Hospital Association is to provide quality health care to the communities it serves. HCHA has long maintained a tradition of excellence in health care by planning for the future needs of the people. The Hendricks Memorial Healthcare Foundation was established in 1994 to promote this mission.
Quality care is a tradition at Hendricks Community Hospital, yet it's not something we take for granted. All of us pledge to do our best for you and to do it with concern for you as an individual. Part of that concern involved keeping you informed of your treatment and of the policies and procedures at the Hospital.
In compliance with MN Statute 626.557, the Hendricks Community Hospital Association provides for protection for each resident/patient from possible abuse or neglect through implementation of their Abuse-Neglect Prevention Plan. The following information is designed to assist you in formulating decisions about Advance Directives. We advise that you inform family members and others who might be involved in your care about the existence of an advance directive-Living Will, or Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare and that copies of those documents be given to persons you think should be aware of their content.

It is nice to be able to visit Sioux Falls doctors at this location without having to travel down. The hospital is clean and masks are required. The staff is friendly. It is kind of slow to get in and be seen, so plan to be there for a while. So far each time we have had an appointment, the time has changed and been moved up. check us out on youtube mrsmel269 God Bless
