I love this gym! However, I hate they got rid of the basketball courts. I can understand why they did it, but even play basketball helped me get fit. Overall, they have great machines and enjoy the experience.

We take our kids here for swimming lessons. So far it has been a good experience! Place looks clean and well managed. Staff working at the front desk have been helpful and nice too!

We are doing swim lessons and if it's raining make sure to call because they will close the pool. It's an indoor pool so not sure why they close it. They did not call us to tell us swim lessons would be canceled. We drove 30 minutes just to learn we wasted gas money. Other than that it's been going well. Just want to inform others.

Takes a long time to repair broken equipment. Sometimes months. Towels are often stained or torn but generally worn out out. One or more members tend to hog equipment so at times u may have to wait as much as 30 min to free up.

Love Conway Regional Fitness center and have never felt more comfortable in a gym before. They literally offer everything from swimming to personal fitness training and help for you with dietitians. Everyone is always super friendly and very helpful

**updated review Absolutely love the gym and it's amenities! We finally joined. The membership prices are slightly steep but I'd rather pay for comfort and updated equipment/services instead of going somewhere where staff is unpleasant and half the machines are down. Love the sauna and cycling classes!

Great staff here! They are always friendly and great you when you come in. Huge selection of cardio equipment, weights, classes, etc. This place has everything you could imagine in a fitness center. Very glad I signed up. My wife and I come here several times a week.
