Receptionist was pleasant. Tech did not take medical records into account. Tech was rude and dismissive, rushed through the procedures. I had informed them that his eyes were dilated recently and it was documented in records. They tried to do procedure against our will before we could stop them. We informed tech again that we did not want dilation, to assess records.
She got rude and told us that we wasted our time, to consult google. We informed them that this was unacceptable and that we would be seeking treatment for our 4 year old son elsewhere to which the tech exclaimed, "Good luck with that". I wish I could remember the ladies name but she was an older and shorter woman with shorter red hair. She was rushing the procedure, forcing my 4 year old sons head into the medical device when he was apprehensive.
Medical professionals should be compassionate at all times and above all explain and teach. Especially to children. Avoid this place if you want your medical professionals to act with compassion and care. Ones that do not treat the profession like the military, rough and regimented, dismissive of humanity.
