Pretty sure it's some sort of state addiction fund scam. Where they take and pocket state grants for addiction help. I've had numerous times where they would take walk in junkies who pay tenncare for methadone. When I have an appointment. Really sketchy man. They won't even refer you to a different practice or give you your records to switch practices

I walked up just to inquire about an internship. I had to hit a button and a man came on the speakers and was was extremely rude. He stated this was a crisis center and he can't help. He said it very harsh, I just walked away and immediately came to the reviews. No wonder they have such a poor rating.

This place is terrible. They had a patient that was referred to them and knowing she needed their service desperately they sent her home because she only had 3 days of a prescription she needed and instead of letting them call the rest of the prescription in and easily getting it the very next day, they sent her home when she really needed their care.
I don't recommend this place to anyone. They could care less about helping people in need. Not to mention the man working at the door continuously called me a he when I clearly told him 3 times I was clearly a female. He was very unprofessional.

If I could give them 1/10 of a star it would be too much! With a family member having a crisis and doing drugs after 2 days i finally get her to agree to let me bring her here.we pull in at 4 am only to be told they arent accepting anyone at the CRISIS WALK IN CENTER! THATS LIKE CALLING THE SUICIDE HELP LINE AND GETTING PUT ON HOLD.

I tried to make a first time appointment and the woman said they don't take private insurance, nor do they take anyone self-pay. She asked me twice where I live and I told her and the second time she asked I told her "I told you it's 20 minutes outside of Chattanooga" and she hung up on me. Great customer service! Can't imagine what the clinicians are like.

Horrible place to work and horrible place for people in need. They use both staff and clients for money and they are listed as "non profit." They exploit their workers and exploit their clients for money and lie to them about their rights. They practice so many ILLEGAL things, stripping the clients of their rights by lying and threatening them. For staff, favoritism, illegal drug test passing, threatening, and treating them like the lowest trash, and tolerating client abuse, is the norm.
They take advantage of everyone for the most $$$ they can get. THE COMPANY HAS CHANGED NAMES SEVERAL TIMES FOR A REASON - LAWSUITS. It's not the Joe Johnson that it used to be. They are not here to help you.
