I'd like to begin by saying that I was extremely disappointed with this practice. Dr. Tabor was not particularly friendly or warm toward me. He didn't take the time to make me feel at ease, especially when he was feeling around my foot for the source of the problem I was experiencing. My main issue, however, is the significant increase in the cost of the medical boot I was prescribed.
He charged my insurance $300 for a boot that is currently selling for $60 on two different websites. That disgusted me tremendously! I would have gotten the same exact medical boot elsewhere if I had known. I believe it is extremely malicious to try to get one over on your clients, especially when they are already dealing with an injury. To be honest, I believe it should be illegal for these businesses to upcharge customers in this manner solely for the purpose of making a profit. I would advise you to take your business elsewhere.

While Dr. Weber was thorough and had efficient solutions for my pain, the ladies at the front desk were terrible with no customer service skills or empathy. They attempted to keep my paid deposit for a service that was not performed, due to their own office's negligence and miscommunication. I'd advise you to speak up for yourself if you notice something wrong to make sure you're not throwing hard earned money down the drain. I now am out of a week's worth of pay from my job as well as now having to wait to receive a refund, and find care somewhere else for my pain. Please just be cautious.

As soon as I walked in with my elderly grandfather, the front desk was very attentive and helpful. One of the workers, Nicole, was especially accommodating and nice. She helped translate for my grandfather in Spanish and made it feel very Latino-friendly and welcome for my grandfather and I. Thanks to the medical assistant for translating and Dr. Tabor for answering all of our questions, my grandfather was very pleased and I will not hesitate to bring him here when need be! Overall recommend this office!

I have been a patient for a number of years. I typically have 2-3 appointments a year. They take my insurance and they are very conveniently located to my job. The doctors I've seen have been professional. However, that's where my positive experiences end. I regularly wait 45 min for my scheduled appointments. They are almost always running very late.
I find the office staff uncommunicative, or ineffectively communicative. They will give me information regarding my insurance yet when I arrive at the appointment I receive different information. They neglected to call me when my orthotics were not ready to be picked up despite having a scheduled appointment. When i spoke to the office staff, the doctor, and the office manager about my frustrations, the only response I received was that it's "not their fault."

These guys are greedy and not honest. I paid cash for a visit where the doctor only performed a two minute visual inspection, wrote me a thirty day prescription and did not inform me that I would have to pay for another visit in order to refill the next thirty day prescription. Refused to answer emails or discuss the issue. Wasted time and money, added stress. This doctor is a clown. Take your time to look for a more professionally behaved team

After paying for 2 different sets of orthotics my problem has persisted and spread to other joints because of improper fitting. Also some of the staff is incompetent. They ended up billing the the wrong insurance company because of an error made in my patient profile and overcharged me for my last copayment. If you want timely and proper care do not waste your time or money here.
