Wow, very rude on the phone. Unprofessional for a children's doctor's office.

Friendly staff, clean facility and my kids love them Dr. Ansari is so friendly and kind but most importantly professional and knows what she's doing. Her nurses are so warm and friendly

Switching my children to this clinic was the best decision I could have made as a mother. My son went to a different doctor for years who always dismissed my concerns for my children. This clinic is clean, friendly, and really cares about the health of my children.

We had an absolutely phenomenal experience at this practice for over 4 years. We only left because we moved states and we're so sad to say goodbye. Dr. Sonia Arthungal saw both of my children from birth (we left at ages 2 and 4). She was truly a gift - compassionate, knowledgeable, attentive to our concerns, respectful, and accessible. We also have nothing but positive things to say about the practice as a whole.

We took advantage of the early hour walk-ins any time our little ones were sick (this is SUCH a great benefit), we were always able to get a same-day appointment if we couldn't make the walk-ins, and all of our calls/online messages were returned right away with helpful information (including late at night with the on call Dr!). The front desk was also always kind and respectful in person and on the phone. We will truly miss them!

My kids see Dr. Ansari and have been seeing her there for 5 years. They love her. She is really supportive and very caring. They nurses and staff are amazing. They love Nurse Micah and Nurse Jenni the best because of their awesome personalities and caring attitudes.

Meghann Wellard, CRNP is a wonderful asset to Arundel Pediatrics. My 2 daughters have seen Ms. Wellard for all of their well visits since birth. I tend to gravitate towards functional medicine practitioners for our health care but was so wonderfully pleased with Ms. Wellard's care for our daughters. She is kind, calm, a mindful listener, knowledgeable, personable, skilled and treated my daughters as people not symptoms or a number on a case list. Ms. Wellard was patient and answered my many questions and was willing to work with me in terms of utilizing more functional medicine techniques.

She was not quick to prescribe antibiotics, flexible in her care, open minded to my questions in more natural medicine options and was always, I mean always, willing to listen. I never left feeling shamed and always felt comfortable. She is a beautiful practitioner and we feel blessed to have had her care for the past 8 years while we lived in Maryland. Thank you Meghann for your craft and healing hands!

So let me start saying the Doctors are good I personally have never had issues with them and like them. Billing and timing is so inconsistent, been waiting an hour some days for a Scheduled appointment not good. Also they have tried to charged me for things that are covered by my insurence that other Dr don't charge me this practice seems to struggle dealing with an insurance like blue cross blue shield.

So on recap DR are nice friendly so if you don't mind dealing with the rest I recommend them, but they're other options in the area. Also be sure they note if they take to long to out it in your file that way you get the same treatment if you are ever late. Wanted to give 2.5 but Google doesn't let me so I gave 3 star.

We have been going here with our son for a year and a half (after switching from another practice where we had trouble making appointments). I don't think we could have made it through his first year of daycare without them. Everyone made efforts to accommodate us when our son needed to be seen quickly and the doctors seemed knowledgeable, patient, and careful.

2 stars for the nice looking office and nice reception NP Caroline lied to my face multiple times in one appointment. She was very quick to get defensive with me and my fiance when I called her out for not listening to my specific requests as a parent. She made false statements as if I was completely uninformed of the free information available on the CDCs website.

She absolutely refused to give me the FULL list of possible side effects of a drug she wanted to admisinter to my child that day. She is dishonest, uninformed, and I hope my review saves a child from being under her care. A doctor should be completely honest even if it steers the patients decision away from what the doctor wants. I was never rude or anything of that nature towards her, I liked her at the first meeting. The second time it was like night and day, it was like I had never set up the initial appointment.
