Family Foot & Ankle Associates of Maryland offers complete care of any and all of your foot and ankle needs to help you maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. Ankle sprains are caused by an unnatural twisting or force on the ankle bones of the foot, often resulting in one or more ligaments on the outside of the ankle to be stretched or torn. If not properly treated, ankle sprains could develop into long-term problems.
All of our professionals at Family Foot & Ankle Associates of Maryland maintain the highest levels of accreditation and pursue ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest trends in podiatry. Dr. Frank is originally from the Washington D.C. area and did his undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland where he received a Bachelors of Science degree in biology. He received his Masters of Science degree in 1996 and Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree in 1999 from Barry University in Miami Shores, FL.

The staff at Family Foot and Ankle Associates could not have been more courteous, helpful, and professional in doing their job. They made me feel comfortable when I was there, which is certainly appreciated. They answered all the questions that I had and just made each visit the most pleasurable that it could be. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of care.

I have been in the medical field for many years and have worked with many doctors. Dr. Frank is a very professional and courteous doctor. I was extremely pleased with his whole bedside manner and how much he listens to you and actually cares about what you're saying. His front desk girls are so pleasant & courteous every time I go! I highly recommend seeing Dr. Frank for any kind of foot or ankle problem, you won't be disappointed!

Only went once and that was enough. Dr. F was pleasant, but I was billed $360 for a night split! After insurance I am on the hook for $95. I could and should have bought one online for $35. I called the billing office and was told they could not adjust the cost and that part of the increase in cost is the total care I received. Even though I was also billed for an office visit and the x-rays. Next time I will look for another Dr and ask about costs before hand.
