Love this office and their staff. Reading the previous review, look at all of her reviews, she's obviously a very miserable person. I have been a patient for over 10 years and have never experienced anything like this and we have conversations! Keep up the great work!

NO STARS! I cannot believe I witnessed with my own two eyes and ears that an EMPLOYEE (Trina) was out loud complaining about "illegals" and making other racist comments. I will NEVER bring my business here and you've lost several other customers including my family and friends. disgusting, despicable behavior for a healthcare worker or anyone for that matter! And the ladies at the counter laughing and agreeing with that crap are guilty too!

I originally reviewed this as a 1 star, i had this office mixed up with another place. Sorry about that. I actually visited here back in 2015 and they were very helpful

I was nervous about being referred out since the clinic my family had been attending decided to reduce patients and see medical cases only due to COVID. I was pleasantly surprised by advanced imagery technology, beautiful offices, friendly staff and a great doctor! Highly recommend and I can't wait to pick out my new glasses!

I've been meaning to write this review for awhile because they deserve kudos! Albany Eyecare was fabulous! I'm not local and was visiting family nearby during the summer when one contact lens broke. I had a fairly tight timeframe and needed it replaced as soon as possible. None of the other places could even fit me in. these guys and gals were the epitome of customer service.

They were able to fit me in, order the rigid gas permeable lens and get it within 2 days (!) and help me with my frames as well. They were thoroughly professional and so friendly! I got the best impression of Albany based on my interactions with them.

I have been a client of Dr Pieper's for at least 4 years. Ever since I moved to New Zealand, I make a point to set up an appointment when I am stateside because all staff members are courteous and professional and are willing and able to accommodate my quirky situation. Of course, Dr Pieper is amazing, patient, knowledgeable, clear, and articulate.

During my most recent interaction with professional staff at Albany Eye Care, I asked for them to send me contacts--rather than I come to pick them up at the storefront. They were very willing to help me out and send the contacts. I am very grateful to be a patient of theirs, and I hope to be one for years to come. Thank you.

I arrived Monday morning2/3/20 and was first told to come back due to a staff meeting. This was upsetting due to the fact I have limited work hours and my schedule would not allow me to get my glasses until the end of the week. A representative with Albany eye Care named Tammy, was incredibly kind and came out to ensure I was a satisfied customer. Her actions changed what was going to be a one-star review, into a five. Thank you for your excellent customer service, and accommodating my specific needs.

I have been a patient of Albany Eyecare for a few decades now. I have been nothing but impressed and pleased with both the personal care and professional treatment I have experienced. Dr. Berry has been fantastic and always helpful in my eye care. I couldn't recommend them enough. If you haven't been in or are looking for a new Eyecare center, check them out

The technician was very nice and funny. The eye doctor was borderline rude and questioned my opinions. Overall not a very friendly place that has gone downhill over the years.

Make sure and read the last few sentences for the best info. Well I thought this place was great. Saw the Doc he was nice and made light humor which was nice. Came back a week later to pay to get my lenses ordered and that's where it went all bad. Came in and stated I wanted to pay for my lens so they could be ordered, gave my name and info to the front counter lady. she then stated there was no info in the computer about me and I would have to wait and talk to the glass's people, so they could pull up my insurance and see what my benefits were.

Well that didn't really work for me as I had my 3 year old with me cause I was told I could just come in and pay and they would order them. They two lady's at the front counter where not willing to help by going and getting my file to help. Cause she was not allowed to leave the desk. Then when I asked if there was a manger I could talk she said yes and got up and was gone longer then the guy that came out and helped me took to walk in the back and get my file.

I did not buy my lens here and will not be back next year with horrible customer service. I can't stand that so many Doc offices and business allow their customers to be treated this way. I never once raised my voice at her. Never once cussed her. Only ask for some help to spend my money there. Well with all this said I left and went to Costco for lens.

Here is the best part. What Albany eye wanted like $280.00 out of my pocket after insurance. Costco took $65.00 out of my pocket and I got some extra things added to my lens over what the Albany eye price. Go shop at Costco the lady was super nice and super friendly and saved me tons of money. Costco even does eye exams. Have a good day.

Always a professional and efficient visit. Friendly staff and excellent service from start to finish. I've gotten the best glasses to meet all of my vision needs for work and driving from AEC every time. Thank you so much!

Excellent facility, modern equipment, and top-notch physicians. The staff go above and beyond. Once they even got my wife in for a same day appointment because my insurance was ending soon. They break down insurance eyewear benefits in simple to understand terms, and are very up front about their pricing and features. Glasses almost always come in at under a week. I recommend this clinic for everyone I know.

Dr. Chris Barry was extremely professional and on his game. The appointments are very relaxed and he answered any questioned I have concerning the long term health of my sight. The staff there is great to work with and very helpful. They explain very well what my insurance would cover and how I can minimize the impact to my personal wallet. I would recommend Dr. Barry to anyone and have always had a pleasant experience at Albany Eyecare.

My family and I have been patients at Albany Eye Care for quite a few years now, and we couldn't be happier! We are always welcomed with a friendly greeting and the clinical staff and doctors are just as fun and friendly. We love the advanced technology that the doctors use. Most importantly, we LOVE the great selection of eye wear! Keep up the great work, gang!

Ok so just moved here from California and made an appointment to this location very nice friendly staff very clean and busy location. My dr was super friendly and i was shocked she was a dr because she was very young, anyways dr i would give her 5 stars. I had an appointment May 4th. Got some glasses and I just got the notification of them arriving. todays date June 21st. are you kidding me 7 weeks? it takes 7 weeks for my glasses to be ready to be picked up after my appointment? wow Ive been to other places and the longest time has been 4 weeks! Im sure they forgot to place the order. On may 25th i called and asked if my glasses have come in nd the lady said no they are schedule to come in a week. hmmm all im saying is 7 weeks is a long time

This is a great eye care center. The staff and doctors are professional and take the time to explain the answers to any and all questions you might have. They have a wide selection of frames for glasses and sunglasses and will help you pick the right ones.

I have been a patient here for years, they continuously do a marvelous job! The best care and doctors around, as well as the staff and receptionists. I have never been disappointed with their services, glasses, or care.
