Very poor reception. After being put on hold for an half hour they were rude on the phone, sarcastic, belittling, threatening service, leaving very little confidence they will follow through with fixing the problem. I was contacted by Falmouth hospital to reach out to them myself because of multiple requests to process a referral (that they received) and they told me there was no referral and she'll call them. Left me with a "have a nice day" in a very immature snarky voice. This staff needs a clean house.

Very disappointed in this doctor's office when it relates to covid emergencies. My family member has been sick with covid and simply needed a referral letter from her primary physician at MFM to receive an antibody treatment at an urgent care center. She called multiple times and requested this form to be faxed over. Days went by and they refused to fax the form!
She ended up getting so sick that she had to go to the hospital. It is completely unacceptable for a doctors office to be so negligent and careless, especially during a pandemic. I wonder if they purposefully chose to not fax the form over for their own personal beliefs because I can't imagine being that careless. She remains in the hospital and sadly we will never know if the antibody treatment could have prevented her from getting worse. I would never recommend this doctors office to anyone.

I've been seeing Dr. Vimal Patel for over 5 year now. He's a very thorough Doctor. Great bed side manners. He always knows what your in the offiuce for. He's actually been the ((( BEST ))) Doctor that I've ever had. I definitely recommend going to see him if he's accepting new patients. Both I and my husband go to him. One thing that I like is that he takes his time, he doesn't rush yiu out of the office.

I have been a patient with Dr. Patel for over a decade. I have hypothyroidism and a few other health issues and I have always felt very confident in his ability to make sure he is doing whats best for my health. I would highly recommend him. I would have done 5 stars but there policy on being paid up to date on any bills is not practical especially during these times when people are struggling.
The receptionist will not budge either. YOU OWE, PAY IT OR NO APPOINTMENT. The money i "owed" was from a previous bill that had been paid in full but the billing company hadn't caught up yet.

I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and have been having the worst time with doctors and appointments and have been extremely stressed. I thought I was going to have to wait a month or more to have surgery and start treatment. But, Kristen (who does referrals) got on the phone and got me an appointment with a new surgeon tomorrow. She is amazing and is extremely comforting. She really cares about their patients and gets things done. Thank you for everything, Kristen. I will be able to sleep tonight tanks to you!

I see Dianne Wells NP I absolutely recommend her she's very thorough she takes her time to make sure you understand everything. The office staff has been very friendly I've read a lot of these reviews and I haven't ran into any of those issues I've never waited more than 15 minutes in the waiting room and maybe 3 to 5 minutes in the exam room. My only issue has been referrals there is definitely problems in that department it's extremely frustrating. If it wasn't for the referral department I would've given five stars.

Very pleased so far with my experience. The staff is very nice and responsive. I've had a huge challenge finding a new PCP that takes my insurance locally. Dr. Silva was great and handled a variety of issues on my first visit which I got within a week. The office is older which is my reason for 4 stars. Otherwise, I'm very pleased so far.

I am battling a nasty infection and the staff at their Urgent Care facility was excellent. The wait was reasonable, the staff were helpful and patient with all of my questions and my nurse practitioner was excellent. She spent as much time as needed to discuss my condition, my meds and ways in which I can help myself feel better while the medicine took its course. If you/re not feeling well, this is this place :

The chairs look older than god. They're dirty. Surprised I'm not sick from them. The waiting room artwork gave me nightmares. I sat in my disgusting chair for a good 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I got to hear all about some cackling hen's vacation plans and how great her life is. Apparently so great that they don't need to see their patients at the time of their appointment.
The staff was rude and needs an attitude adjustment when speaking proper English to my family and I. I got to my room and waited another 35 minutes to finally be seen by a fantastic doctor that really helped me. I feel badly, but was forced to change my PCP because of the horrible staff and the total lack of cleanliness in the waiting area. I had time to analyze everything that went on because I wasn't on my phone like a zombie the whole time.
This is an office made for rotting cattle and should only be frequented by such. Apologies again to the doctors, I know THEY work hard. Don't let my username fool you, this is an actual review.
