Work environment is horrible. they do not hire within they hire people that don't qualify for a job and have the people that they told couldn't get the job that already work there to train the person they hired that doesn't know what there doing and paying them more then the person that's training them.management harasses and belittles employees and if someone doesn't like you that's in a higher position they belittle you and try to make you job worse. HR doesn't get back to you when you report problems and tells the person that you went to HR on and then those people have it out for you.has great benefits and pay is ok.but there's no family time due to mandatory overtime.

There is no type of leniency and a lot of old timers working there will do anything to get rid of you. Operators will not take responsibility if they messed up and will put the blame on the next operator. Training is something they really need to work on. People are in and out, even management. Pay is ok, benefits are good. There is no type of quality system.
There's mandatory overtime, so there's really no time for family. They have a point system that's unfair. Even if you get shot and can't make it in, they'll deduct a point. Basically no excuse policy and you're pretty much signing your life to them along

They're moving next year to Mexico but was told that the employees will still have a job(Yea Right)! My spouse has been working for this place for yrs not only that; my husband is stuck in Florida worrying about this job stating that all employees will have to go back to work on Monday! I disagree completely this job has gotten beside themselves! I've have called the emergency hotline myself! They don't care about their employees safety whatsoever! These peoples has a family! You all should be ashamed of yourselves! Blessed you all!

Linvatec was the best place to work at. Great benefits and excellent company culture, professional atmosphere with support for personal and professional growth. It is completely untrue that you cannot get hired on from a temp position, as stated by another review here. Both me and my husband started out as temps, I in the cleanroom, him in the warehouse.
I worked my way up to Buyer/Planner in 3 years. He became an area owner/shift supervisor in 2. They do value hard work and great work ethics. I have learned a lot working at Conmed, and would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.
