Centerville Clinics - Yong Dae Cho

I'm giving them a 1 because my appointment was scheduled for 20 minutes ago even though on the phone I was told it was scheduled an hour ago. This is a waste of my time. I would of gone somewhere else if I knew there were gonna be liars who scheduled my appointment

Still waiting on the phone call back (I called at 9:20am) to schedule my daughter. As the automated service states you will receive a call back within the hour.its now 1:10pm! Awful service!

Dr' Arora was able to see what my problem was I received a shot to help the inflation and sent me to get an Xray. they called to tem the results as soon as they got them and to ask if the shot helped and to make an appoint with my bone doctor

I feel so hopeful for the first time in many many years. Thank you Michelle at Behavioral Health, and thanks to Marcy and Megan.

Doctors in the Respiratory Trailer do not care about the patients that they see. No compassion. Unwilling to treat even minor illnesses like a sore throat or cough with anything other than over-the-counter meds that do not work.

My experience with Centerville Clinic is always positive. The staff are always helpful and accommodating. The Drs. truly care about their patients. They spend time with you and get to know the whole person not just the symptoms. I highly recommend the Centerville Clinic to anyone. Respectfully, Lisa Antonelli

The staff at Centerville Clinic in Washington are extremely professional and make you feel comfortable while you are waiting to be seen. Michelle Cohen is a wonderful person/who not only evaluates your issues, cares about you enough to solves the problem. The office staff at this place is an absolute disgrace, and because of their lack of professionalism and care, my child's health and well-being is being affected. I've been calling the Washington office for a week about my son's prescription, when they finally sent it over yesterday, there was an issue at the pharmacy. So my pharmacist called to get it fixed and never heard back.

I also tried calling to get it fixed just to be put on hold three different times. I waited while the phone rang off the hook each time for over 20 minutes, and in the end, I was hung up on without ever speaking to the nurses. Anytime I need something, it's a hassle to get in contact with someone in the office, and I am done dealing with this!

It's always a pleasant experience! Dr. Bradley is the best dentist I've experienced in all my years of dentists. She is always so pleasant and patient. That's why we make the 45min drive. Also Jana, front manager. Simply the best! Kind, pleasant and always very willing to accommodate.

Dr. Arora is a great caring doctor who is easy to talk to and willing to answer any questions that you may have. She keeps up with her patients and if something seems amiss she will be in contact with them to discuss what needs to be done. The office staff is always friendly and willing to help in any way they can. Sometimes the office is hard to reach over the phone, but I'm sure there are times that they are very busy. If you leave a message they will get back to you. the clinic is a great place to go for your medical care.
