Dr. Jacob completed medical school at Cairo University in Egypt. He then attended pathology residency at Cleveland Metropolitan General Hospital and finished his training in Internal medicine at Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Jacob completed further fellowship training in Pulmonary Critical Care Medicine at Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio.

I have been trying to get the office manager to call me back since February for a bill that is now being sent to collections. I talked to her early February and she said she would call me back. I have now called weekly since and get transferred to her voicemail where I leave a message, but she won't return my calls. The Toledo Clinic billing department has emailed her on my behalf multiple times, and she still won't return an email or call. The receptionist won't tell me when she works so I can talk to her, where is the professionalism. I just want a yes or no if the bill can be waived.
