My experience with Dr. Mitchell was the best. She is so professional great energy and she make sure that she understand your needs. The entire staff at Mitchell Dermatology is wonderful. I was so happy to have made the drive from CLE to see Dr Mitchell. My skin condition has been under-treated for YEARS, leading to a reduction on my quality of life. Dr Mitchell was warm in her bedside manner, detailed in my skin evaluation, and knowledge and thorough in her treatment plan for me. It truly brought me to tears to know that someone took the time to listen to what's been going on and provide HOPE for my condition. I would recommend her to EVERYONE!

My experience with Mitchell Dermatology was excellent. I was able to make an appointment for the same week that I called, the process to get set up with their office was fast and efficient. I really thought the digital format for requesting an appoint was intuitive and easy to use. My appointment at the office was efficient and I was treated kindly and with respect for an issue that I was embarrassed to have addressed. I thought the procedure was affordable for the part that I had to pay out of pocket and I'm thrilled with the results.

I have always received great medical care from Nicole. Beth has been amazing for my overall skin care. She always knows what will help improve my complexion. Her hydra facials make my skin feel so soft and clean and her chemical peels have improved my skin tone and wrinkles.

Dr Mitchell is awesome! I've spent lots of money trying find the right products to clear up acne. From the first appointment she attacked the problem and promised she could help and she did! I've battled acne for years with little to no results. It's been a very successful year not only is the acne gone but all the dark marks from years back. Dr. Mitchell and her staff are very professional and I'm glad that I made the call.

No words can express the gratitude that I have for her knowledge of skin care and care for her patients. I believe she can help anyone no matter their race but I do recommend that if you are a Woman of color with skin issues you should give her a try.

I was referred to Alyssa to discuss treatment of a problem area on my face. She thoroughly reviewed my options and I chose to go the micro needling route. She was very good at explaining the procedure, what to expect, and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with the results.

I have been on the medical side and the spa side. All of the workers were extra kind, made me feel special, and were very knowledgeable! So, everything was great, except the lady I spoke to in billing. She was very rude and condescending. I had her on speaker phone and my husband walked in from the other room because he noticed how unprofessional she was. I killed her with kindness and I hope she was just having a bad day. Other than that, I highly recommend Mitchell Dermatology!

Mitchell Dermatology is most deserving of all five stars and more for making their patients feel so welcome, genuinely cared about and comfortable! Each and every staff member is beyond thoughtful and so knowledgeable. They listen well, are not rushed in the slightest and talked to me like I was royalty. I'm not exaggerating! On top of that, the new location is spacious and so clean!

The woman at the check out desk went out of her way to schedule my next appointment (the most pleasant scheduling experience I ever had and I've scheduled quite a few!), gave me a bag to put samples in and even gave me a free frosty coupon just because! I left with the largest smile on my face after my first consultation because everyone made me so happy to be there. I am looking forward to going back and I never ever say that about any doctor's office!

Dr. Hope Mitchell Dermatologist helped my son regain his confidence. My son had developed cystic acne that had not responded to over the counter treatments. Therefore, my son requested to see a dermatologist. We made an appointment to see Dr. Mitchell. On our initial and subsequent visits, she and her staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and timely.

At the time, we had a very hectic schedule with work, school and extra curricular activities. Dr. Hope Mitchell made our teenage son feel at ease and comfortable talking about his condition. She asked him a specific questions about his eating, sleeping & entertainment patterns. After reviewing treatment options and possible side-effects we decided on Isotretinoin which worked miracles for my son.

After a week of treatment we saw immediate results. Our son was very pleased. Dr. Mitchell monitored our son closely throughout the course of his treatment. She ordered lab test throughout the treatment to ensure the safety of the medication. We also had to sign "MyPledge" tickets for safety checks for each refill.
