With our Patient Portal, you can securely access your health information and communicate with your AtlantiCare Physician Group providers. Sign up online* or we can help you enroll at your next visit. Stay connected to your health records with the HealthLife patient Portal app. This free tool lets you securely access your online health records for AtlantiCare Physician Group and Hospital Services using your mobile device. If you're comfortable using other apps to securely manage your health, like Apple's Health app, we can connect to those, too.
Once you submit your info and a mobile phone number, you'll receive automated text messages keeping you up-to-date on your current place in line. When it's your turn, you'll be alerted via text to head to the location where you originally registered. Wait in the comfort of home or wherever you are!.
Chest pain/discomfort that lasts more than a few minutes, or that goes away and comes back. It can feel like uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness or pain. The medical condition could worsen and become life threatening on the way to the hospital. You think you/the person might need the skills and/or equipment of Emergency Medical Services personnel (EMTs/Paramedics).
