I did find the office wait was a bit long at times, but they did keep you moving through various checkpoints which appear necessary to obtain the best care. Dr Salz was very patient and accommodating in terms of answering all of my questions and fully and clearly explained the options and procedures. All in all, a great outcome and a great staff!

I only have good things to say about my experience at The Eye Specialists. I had cataract surgery performed by Dr D Salz and from my first to final visits it couldn't have gone smoother. Dr David Salz and staff were very professional and knowledgeable. Dr Salz had performed cataract surgery on both my eyes. I had requested mono vision. Been seeing this group of doctors for years. My son had LASIK done here by Dr. Alan Salz and is thrilled with his vision. I recently had cataract surgery done by Dr. David Salz. He was very thorough in his evaluation and went over all my options for surgery in detail. Everything went very smoothly and I knew I was in excellent hands. I was born with a congenital cataract in my right eye. My vision was saved through early intervention and the benefits of youth. But as I aged, the vision in my right eye degraded, leaving me nearly blind in my right eye by my late 30s. After thorough research, I decided on Dr. Alan Salz to help me however he could. Mine was not a normal case -- in addition to the cataract, I had a small pupil unreponsive to dilation and scarring.

My cataract removal procedure would NOT be routine. Dr. Salz patiently explained all the benefits and risks of the procedure. I decided to opt for surgery, hoping that I would recover at least a little of my right eye's vision. I am ecstatic to report that my surgery was a total success. I now see 20/20 again out of my right eye. Given the difficulties of my case, my surgery took a little longer than the normal procedure, but Dr. Salz and his team gave me the best of care during and after the operation.

The office staff was also very helpful with any questions or concerns I had. I would have been pleased with the care I received even had the results not been as stunning, but I'm over-the-moon happy with how things turned out. The difficulty of my cataract more than met its match in Dr. Salz's skill and expertise.

Dr. Alan Salz performed cataract surgery on both eyes. My vision is absolutely unbelievable, amazing, and clearer than any contact lens or glasses ever were. He is truly a gifted surgeon. There are no halos nor blurriness and this is only 5 days post op. The entire experience was seamless from the first appointment at The Eye Specialist Group, with the technicians and medical coordinator, through the follow-up post op appointments. The Surgery Center of Central NJ in North Brunswick was also a very positive and supportive experience with the staff and nurses. They are all worthy of a 5-star rating!

I have new vision in 2022! What a wonderful experience with Dr. Alan Salz and The Eye Specialist Group! I was quite apprehensive about the cataract surgery process having worn glasses since I was 8 years old. Dr. Salz was a second opinion as my previous eye doctor/surgeon recently retired. His knowledge of the different lenses, what would work best for me, and the care in the process was great!

After both surgeries, I am seeing without glasses and my vision has never been better. I am not longer near-sighted, and can read my phone, computer and books without glasses! What a wonderful gift! The staff at the office and the Bridgewater Ambulatory Center were also competent, caring and quite amazing with the number of patients that go through regularly. I can't wait to start biking again soon with my 'new eyes.' Thank you!

The medical care has always been top notch. Just recently we had to change two medications that were not covered by Medicare. I did some research, down-loaded some forms and called The Eye Specialists for their assistance. It turns out that they were already in contact with Medicare requesting a waiver on my behalf. Can't ask for more pro-active service than that
