Excellent as always! This clinic does everything right and I can't overstate how much I've enjoyed being a patient of CFV. Outstanding customer service is a hallmark of this group and includes everyone from front desk staff, to techs and physicians, and to the folks who help you select and size your glasses. A++ for the personnel and professionalism.

As a patient the process is easy. They have flexible scheduling and efficient appointments with caring and knowledgeable providers. Prices are reasonable. Only thing that could be improved is the turnaround time for prescription lenses takes about 2-3 weeks as they outsource them which is pretty standard practice. Sue helped us today and we loved working with her! She paid so much attention to every detail making certain we had exactly what we were looking for. Thanks Sue and all of CFV, you guys are awesome!

I'm new to Carrboro Family Vision and had my first visit today. Having been in and out of ophthalmologist offices all my life, it's important to find a place that feels like a good fit. The front desk staff was friendly, David the technician was wonderful, I appreciated Dr. Stiegemeier's direct and engaging energy, and lastly the fantastic lady that helped me pick out my new frames was friendly and very knowledgeable (I feel terrible that her name escapes me right now!) I'm looking forward to going back already because it feels like I'm in good hands with this team of people.

Everyone from the front desk, to the person performing the exam, to Dr. Moss is amazing here. They are so helpful, knowledgeable and warm and I'm so happy I finally found an eye doctor I'm not nervous to go to. Thank you so much! You make a big difference for people.

Carrboro Family Vision has very compassion and wonderful Dr's and staff. I've been going to them for many years and have received excellent care. Everyone there is very customer service oriented, friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable. They all go above and beyond to make sure their clients vision needs are met and their clients feel comfortable.

I had a great experience at Carrboro Family Vision from the receptionist to the doctor assistant, optometrist, and eyewear coordinator. Dr. Moss was extremely caring and professional. She made me feel comfortable. Austin H was so very helpful and patient. He went above and beyond. Also Kaela was extremely helpful and nice. A happy experience!

I did not have an eye doctor prior to a vision emergency that I recently experienced. I called their office as a first time patient and they were able to work me in the same morning. From the initial phone call to the exam, I experienced top notch customer service. Upon arrival, I was greeted by very friendly and knowledgeable staff and a vibrant atmosphere. Dr. Stiegemeier conducted a thorough exam, provided a diagnosis and treatment plan. I was blown away by their service and I look forward to working with them.

The staff here is so kind and lovely. Everyone I had the pleasure of interacting with was so warm and friendly. Vivi was such a joy to chat with. Not to mention the thorough job they all do. Dr. Steigmier is very thorough and friendly. I moved to Durham after living in Carrboro for a year and still come back here because of the fantastic staff and service.

I tore my last contact and needed to be seen quickly. I was concerned that it would take some time as a new patient, but the reception staff got me an appointment almost immediately. The check-in process was quick, I found it helpful to fill out the new patient documentation (available on the website) before I arrived. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. An amazing experience, I highly recommend Carrboro Family Vision!

I decided to schedule a new patient eye exam with CFV even though they were out of network since I was overdue for an eye exam and they were able to get me in the fastest. I was so impressed with the kind staff and very quick/efficient appointment flow! Dr. Stiegemeier was great & Merry did the best job helping me pick out my new frames! Definitely the best experience I have ever had at an eye doctor!

I needed a last-minute appointment for a sudden bout of pain, swelling, and redness in my left eye. The staff managed to squeeze me into the doctor's schedule and at the appointment they were all super friendly and efficient about getting me checked in. They also gave me detailed answers to my insurance and billing questions. Dr. Friel was incredibly professional and thorough. I'm very satisfied with the level of service I got as a new patient with an urgent need. On a weekend no less!
