People was nice but took forever in waiting room then on top of that there was 3 more people in front of my baby when I was there first.

My daughter is at Granville Medical Emergency Room, Ill and throwing up, can't hold nothing down, she pressed the button on the bed for help because she felt like she was about to pass out and no one came for a minute, not until after I called to see what was going on. The nurse came on the phone and I say "my daughter been pressing the call button because she feels like she's about to pass out and no one has gone in to check on her to see if she's alright. Well, Ms Jessica decides to tell me " Ohh I'm sorry for the false information your daughter gave you".it wasn't said nicely and she won't trying to hear what I had to say and then told me well you can come up here and sit with your daughter and I said right I'll come up there with the flu and give it to everybody.

I then hung up on her and I guess she thought I was coming up there, so, that's when she goes back in the room to be hateful to my daughter and then tells her to tell me I can't come up there. Well, if I was feeling good I would have came, no doubt to see about my child and to report her to the administrator. I might have to come back and do another review. We going to see because she's still there. Ohh yeah, If they had something to rate the nurses and doctors wooooweeeee.

The doctors and nurses seem to care less and just want you to leave they mis diagnosed my daughter's ear infection after 4 hours in the ER 3 hours later my daughter's ear drum busted. The other doctors couldn't believe that the ER had missed it they are more worried about getting their shift over and getting you out.

Ms. Linda, my receptionist in ultrasound, was beyond kind and understanding. Thank you for your attentiveness and patience.

I have had 3 surgeries here. I love the staff. They make you so comfortable and I feel brave when I am there. The outpatient Surgery Staff is the very best in the world. They have made my medical journey much easier. This hospital gives you a hometown feel and they care. I travel from Durham to come here and its worth it.

I had a trip to the Emergency Dept. on Sunday evening the attending doctor was very attentive to me and ordered the correct test and had me diagnosed and treated within a short time. I have very good and visible vanes. The attending nurse had no bed side manner and had trouble using a needle. She had blood running all down my arm and acted if she had never done an IV before.

When returning to remove the IV things got really messy i ended up with blood all over me and my clothing and the floor. I have visited the ER numerous times and had two major surgeries and never have been treated by anyone that did not have experience on drawing blood. This nurse needs more training and i hope no one else has to deal with the unnecessary pain that i endured.

Ladies at the counter were rude as all get out! I had to go back out to my car to get something and when I came back in I could hear them talking about me when I came back in. I then sat down after being rudely asked to fill out paperwork. I was the first one in the office to test for a new employment drug test, and after wait until 6 or 7 people came and went through the office, I was finally taken back. The lady conducting the drug test was nice as could be. Would highly not suggest this place as a primary or care at all!

I went to this hospital on 4/21/21. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour. After they finally called me back I sat in the hallway. They never took me back to a room. The doctor came out and examined me in the hallway. I now have received a bill for $1500 plus and additional $500 for the doctor's fees. Which should have been included in the $1500.

I told my family to NEVER take me to this hospital if I get sick again. I've called several times to speak with someone about this bill and no one will call me back. What kind of hospital treats you in the hallway. I didn't even get a paper gown but now I owe $2000 dollars. The First Lady I spoke with told me she was going to call me back after she verified I was in the hallway sitting in a chair the entire time. I never heard back from her. Now I'm receiving collection notices. Don't go to this hospital they don't care about the patients. Just want your money!

On yesterday 7.19.21, I had an outpatient surgery. My Medical team was amazing and very comforting. I feared of not waking up, however Dr. Lewis, My anesthesiologist Dr. Lee, and Nurses (Joan, Catherine, Stephanie, Jaquline, etc) were very nice and comforting. My fear I had went away knowing my team had the knowledge to explain the process I would go through. Thank you Granville Medical Health System. I love you all! Baby Coming soon!
