Today, we needed to order an additional scan for a patient who was already scheduled for the original scan in like 30 minutes. I am prepared for the worst. I am prepared to be told "no way". But alas, I get Jess (Jessica). This lovely soul answered the phone and was 100% on board for getting the additional scan added on and authorized ASAP. She is knowledgable about what needed to happen and who needed to notified. The truest form of an ASSET. Way to go JESS for keeping the needs of the patient in proper perspective and thanks so much for your assistance today.

I just called for a general question after my mammogram. Ms. Leiw a receptionist told me that she doesn't want to bother her nurses for any of my questions and Pesiri is not responsible for any after mammogram questions. She was really arrogant and nasty on the phone. Didn't expect this from Zwanger as I am a very old patient with Zwanger.

Horrible experience. 25 weeks pregnant was ordered by my OB to have a lower extremity ultrasound to look for blood clots. Called at noon to make an appointment. Receptionist told me I needed to have this exam done ASAP and the earliest appointment she could get me would be at the Plainview location (which is 40 minutes from where I live) at 2:30. I drop everything and go only to find out the woman had scheduled me for the next day! Receptionist kept saying they would "try to squeeze me in at some point today" which could have meant me sitting there until 8pm when they closed.
Literally sat in their waiting room crying until 3:30 when they finally took me in. The tech told me multiple times throughout the scan that the doctor would go over the results with me within a few minutes after the scan was done. I sat in the waiting room for another 20 minutes only for the receptionist to hand me a piece of paper saying I was fine and that I could go home.
When I asked about the doctor, they said there was no doctor there to meet with me but that they had a doctor look at it remotely and that I was good to go. No opportunity to ask other questions or seek guidance of any type. I have no clue if this is typical practice among radiology clinics, but I found this entire experience to be horrific.

Easy to schedule appointments. Fast procedures. Attentive techs. Report ready quick. Getting CD of images a nightmare. My doctor ordered the images didn't received them. I called I spoke to Marge I believe, wow condescending much, arguing about what my doctor did or didn't order, called, requested. I was calling to see when I could pick them up. I had to get annoyed and reflected in a curt short straight to the point way so she can tell me you can get them anytime just go to the location. Seriously annoying will reconsidere going there next time now. Will be making a report when I get to the location as well.
