I attempted to make an appointment for my 5 grandchildren that were sick possibly with COVID. The receptionist Cindy was so nasty and refused to give me an appt. and stated why don't I go elsewhere because I reported the HIPPA violation to the Dr 2 years ago and I stated that I would be looking for a new Dr. Nothing was corrected with the rude unprofessional staff but instead the Dr sent a certified letter to my home and called my children Wards something I nor they have ever referred to them as but said I needed to find a new Dr effective immediately.

So don't be fooled the staff is nasty unprofessional and gossipers and on more than one occasion I over heard the Dr's as well gossiping about other people and families. The Dr's will do a good job providing medical care but professionally and personally they are no better than the rude unprofessional obnoxious flow of staff they hire. I have to say Cindy spoke to me as if we were preparing for a street fight and loudly voiced how she didn't care about anything I had to say.

I have had the absolute pleasure of taking in 7 children in 2011 and raising them as my grandchildren and I am a woman of color and their mother is white and I have to say each Dr asked more questions about the mom's past and present life not in concern of medical treatment but more out of curiosity and gossip. I pray every parent use discernment this place is not good in my personal opinion for families. # Proudgrandma

Hello my two children have been with the practice for over 20 years and will soon age out. I have known the staff and doctors personally. I must share that the way the healthcare industry is placing stringent rules on providers (insurance companies that is), the care for my children has always been most exceptional. They always assisted above and beyond the care.

One if my kids has a variety of medical issues and it can be overwhelming to treat but in all the years we were met with professionalism, kindness and compassion. Thank you so much Kidscare Pediatrics!

Great doctor, always thorough, courteous, informative and great with kids. Also great Nursing staff that did an awesome job cleaning my daughter's ears from an over abundance and excessive ear wax.

My daughter was seeing Dr. Schwatz since she was born in 2016. She is very thorough, detailed and knowledgeable. I still remember when my daughter had milk allergy and had to switch to different formular, she watched my daughter symptoms carefully. She always tell me to try all the home remedies before jumping on medications. We moved to the city few years ago and couldn't find any Peditrician is as good as her. This place is the best pediatrician office I have ever visited! my children Range from 27 to 18 and we are sad that we only have about 5 years left with Dr. Schwartz! Thankfully my grandchildren use this practice as well! Always a pleasure from the front desk to the back office! We love Kids Care!

Worst pediatric I have ever seen! They didn't give my kid the standard vaccines shot which are required by the school before Kindergarten! When we go their office to require the vaccines, the nurse said we have to wait until the next year we'll check, now my we received notice from school that my kid cannot go to school tomorrow because of the lack of 2 vaccines!

All of the doctors, PA and nurses are great. So far we've had a great experience with Claire Werner and Anna Schwartz. The wait is sometimes long. However, some of the appointment staff are quite incompetent. It happened twice already that we would make an appointment, it would be confirmed and when we show up, they would say that we don't have an appointment.

In this day and age of electronic appointments, there is no excuse for such utter incompetence. We almost switched offices because of this, however we are very happy with the doctors and nurses, and this is why we are still with them.

I had an appointment for 12:10 due to my side hurting and I went in. I got there at 11:45 and waited. There was one other person. They got called and I was still waiting. Two more people came in and they also got called before me. Another person came in and for the second time they were called before me even though i was here first. I went to them and said why wasn't I being called and they said that my appointment was after theirs. I waited an hour and a half before I was called. Horrible staff and service. The doctor Anna is the only good one there.

Was able to get an appointment fast for my son who wasn't feeling so great. We were seen just minutes after apt. time. Other times a bit longer but we would go as "walk-ins" and time is no different than other places I feel. Our visit was not rushed.they truly show how much they care. The nurse was super nice, front desk also. Always have appreciated all they do for us!

My son has been going there since he was born and he actually likes to go. They've taken great care of him, too, and while appointments book pretty far in advance they can usually squeeze him in if something somewhat urgent pops up.
