Meet our team! Please take a few moments to learn about our skilled practitioners and our friendly, nurturing staff. At Clearwater and Westchase Pediatric Care, we consider it both a great joy and responsibility to care for children. Most of us are parents ourselves, so we strive to be understanding and available to the families we are privileged to serve.
On-site laboratory tests for rapid in-office confirmation of Strep throat, Mono, Influenza, RSV. Developmental screenings for early identification of developmental delays and autistic spectrum disorders. Our office would like to create a medical home environment for your child. In an effort to have you understand this concept we have created a brochure explaining our responsibilities as a " medical home".
We understand occasional circumstances prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. If possible, please notify our office in advance if you are running late or unable to make your appointment. Our scheduling coordinators will do their best to re-schedule you promptly. If your insurance is not listed above please give us a call, as the list does not include every plan that we accept. Please verify with the office staff while making appointment to ensure that we are still providers for your plan as the list may have changed.

We are so grateful to Dr. Pai and staff for everything that they have done to keep our family healthy. The level of care provided at Clearwater (and Westchase!) Pediatrics is immeasurable and we would have a hard time trusting any other practice after the lengths this one has gone to serve our family. Sincerely recommend both Dr. Pai and Dr. Hicks to any child in need of pediatric care, but we can never thank Dr. Pai enough.

Horrible experience. Child was very sick and was told by multiple providers on multiple visits that everything is fine and just needs time. Ended up having to go to ER or Urgent care as nobody wanted to work my child up. Their after hour call physicians were also quite slow in response times and unwilling to see my kid when I told them something seems wrong and they just said "give it time." Would not recommend.

Dr Jones is just amazing. She is high energy, down to Earth, and knowledgeable. She takes the time to answer every question. My twins love her and are excited to see her. She also more than once helped when I called into after hours. She stayed on the phone, despite the hour, and answered every question when my son was very ill. Very grateful to her and the dedicated care we have gotten from Dr Hicks and Dr Pai over the years. We will be staying with this team.

We just had a beautiful baby boy and was told this office was covered under medicaid. Front desk staff was rude upon the first visit. The doctors were wonderful no issue. The problem was with medicaid. We were told it was covered only to find out later medicaid was not covered with them. It was hard on my family to come up with $400 during these financial hard times. We were spoke with medicaid and thought it was taken care of. Even spoke with staff and thought it was settle. My advise do you homework before committing to this office.

Dr, Hicks has been a great doctor for us since moving to Florida six years ago. She quickly gained the trust of our daughter and even when she was hospitalized in a hospital in which she had no privileges she called the attending Dr and translated Dr speak for us and helped to inform the attending better about our Daughter. We are very appreciative of her.
