The Medical Center at Ocean Reef is proud to announce that it has earned accreditation from the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). Accreditation distinguishes the Medical Center at Ocean Reef from many other medical facilities by providing the highest quality of care to its patients as determined by an independent, external process of evaluation.

The document is reprinted below. The Medical Center at Ocean Reef, Inc., respects the basic human rights and personal dignity of each patient. As a patient, you have the right and responsibility to be informed and participate in decisions involving your care and treatment. When you are either incapacitated, incompetent or a minor, your rights can be exercised by a legally authorized person.
