In keeping with this philosophy, we strive to protect your privacy and keep secure all health information we maintain about you. Each time you visit Northwest Florida Surgery Center, a record is made that contains information such as your diagnosis, symptoms, examination and test results, and the treatment you were given. This record allows the many health care professionals who contribute to your care to communicate.
Please check the date and time you need to arrive for your surgery. Our staff will give this information to you at the time of your pre-op visit, or by your doctor's office if you are receiving straight local anesthesia. If there is any change in your physical condition, such as a cold, fever, or suspected pregnancy, notify your doctor/surgeon or call the pre-op staff at the Surgery Center.

I had my port taken out here by Dr. Jones. I had lots of scar tissue and a big keloid. Dr. Jones took the extra time take away all the extra skin and make my scar look a bit prettier. Looks great and I couldn't be happier. His assistant and office staff are also very friendly! Great experience all in all.

The woman must not be able to do there job.to include.it's a good racket they draw patients along eating there insurance money. So there making money by not really caring about there patients. The vidicator has been issued.there will be video and photos put on Twitter and all social medias. Good luck.

Had procedure by Dr. Joseph a few weeks ago. The staff was courteous and professional all of the Nurses and support staff were kind and respectful. Two of my Nurses, Donna and LeeAnn, were very kind and professional. I really appreciate the thoughtful treatment given by the Nurses and support staff. The front office staff was polite and helpful. They are not allowing family members or caregivers to wait inside even if you are vaccinated and wearing a mask. Still assessing results from procedures

The entire staff went above and beyond for my surgery yesterday. Everyone I came in contact with was so professional & kind. They called today & checked on me. I can't say enough good things about this facility. If I ever have to have surgery again I hope it's here. Leanne, my CRNA was amazing & was my nurse. Her name started w an L and I hate that I can't remember it. What a great place that truly cares about the patient!

I have had many surgical procedures in many different facilities. But I am new to this idea of purpose built surgical centers. I am a fan! Efficiency is the key here. Since it is owned by the doctors who do their work here the facility Is designed to serve them. The staff know the doctors and how he works. This makes everyone happy. And that results in a great environment for we patients. From the front office to the anesthesiologists to the nursing staff, this is where I want to be.

My husband had knee surgery a few weeks ago here. The staff was excellent and provided exceptional care. We were worried about what to expect because of previous reviews but the experience we received was nothing short of great. The building is older but the waiting area as well as the recovery area was clean and pretty up to date. I would definitely use the facility again and have no concerns about the care we would receive.

I just had knee surgery at this facility. I've had numerous surgeries in my life and I can honestly say, the staff, nurses and Anesthesiologists here are all top notch. Every single person I dealt with was absolutely phenomenal. For once I have nothing negative to say. A special thanks to Bridget in post-op. She was very accommodating and super sweet.

My wife had a scheduled surgery for 9am. We basically sat in the waiting room for an hour in what looks like a completely unrenoveted middle school from the 1980's. The only thing that missing is a in-wall pencil sharpener and and a rolling cart projector. This was a referral off the Air Force base. I'll be sure to tell our PCB this place cares more about landscaping than they do customer service or being on time. Hope we dont have to re-visit.

I had cataract surgery, and I just have to say that it was a great experience. The medical staff are very professional, kind, understanding, and explain everything to you. Everybody has a smile, and I didn't encounter any grumpiness from anybody. The facility is very clean, the lobby, the bathrooms, the surgical area, and the waiting room. I will recommend this surgery center to anybody I speak with, they are a great team.
