Had an SK on the back of my head and the staff including tech Chris, PA Taylor, and Dr. Soe, couldn't have been nicer, more professional, funny and friendly. Entire procedure took all of 10 minutes. Big fan of Dr. Soe and her practice.

Great visit today with PA Tiffany. Awesome fast. I love this place. Waiting room and clinic is exceptionally clean. Staff very pleasant. Front desk excellent. Highly recommend. My new skin clinic.

Dr. Soe & her staff are amazing. We are so pleased to have been patients for many years. Their care and professionalism is outstanding. We look forward & are diligent with our annual appointments. I have also added treatments with Paige to my routine. When we have our appointments their so helpful and never feel rushed. Our time is valued by the staff and Dr. Soe. Her compassion is so genuine and we always leave feeling well cared for.

I was completely taken aback by Dr. Soe's unprofessionalism. I was a patient there, never again. I still think about the time where I was getting checked for this cyst and she proceeded to talk about if I was in college, to which I responded no not yet and she ridiculed me and made me feel like garbage about my life choices. I was so in shock that I heard a doctor talk to me like this.

She was comparing me to her son that knows exactly what he's doing saying he has a path ahead of him and I don't. It seems like what I'm saying is fake, but I honestly could not believe anything she was saying, I thought she was joking! That moment was when I realized that not all doctors should be doctors and thats SO sad to see, as someone who is pursuing a career in the healthcare field, I am ashamed that I was ever a patient there.

The desk ladies are super nice and they need to find a better job so they don't work under her negative and disgusting attitude. Whatever you do, PLEASE! DON'T! GO! HERE!

Horrible experience! The doctor did not do a full body scan for moles. Never looked at my head, inside my mouth, my feet nor my toes, behind my neck behind my ears etc etc etc. This was the first time I ever had a full body scan done and it was not done correctly. Believe me, I'm a nurse and I know how this should be done. I did not feel comfortable for her to excise a mole that she found on my lower leg so I went to MD Anderson Hospital in Houston which is the best in the United States for cancer.

Two weeks later I went back to Doctor Soe to have the stitches taken out. At that time she tried to fraudulently take on my post operative care from my insurance company. And since I did not want to follow her every two months follow up for two years and more she canceled me from her practice. I'm considering turning her into Medicare fraud!

The Dr.s office receptionist did not let me or the nursing home know that the POA holder needed to be at my 82 year old mother's appointment. The appt was made three+ weeks ago, giving everyone involved plenty of time to get the office whatever they needed. Many people are involved in nursing home resident appointments outside of the facility, which the receptionist must be well aware of.

The nurse who brought my mom had the insurance papers, POA and "one sheet, " and, the ambulatory service was waiting. As a result of the unprofessional office behavior, the D.O. would not see my mom. Do yourself a favor and believe all of these bad reviews.

I have been there twice since I moved to FL and the service by all staff has been excellent and was given treatment by my doctor that I am very satisfied with. I'm glad I found this office. :

Love these Doctors. Feels like your visiting friends. My 1st visit was after my PCP and her PA told me it was nothing, but I felt differently. Went in, diagnosed as cancer, they helped all the way. Removed and living the Life. Very rarely do I have any waiting time.

My annual preventative skin check is 100% covered by my insurance, but this office refuses to bill it accordingly. It's left me with a $90+ balance which I now have to pay out of pocket. Several calls to their billing department could not rectify the issue. Their policy is to submit the claim as an office visit and not preventative care. It was not easy getting someone in their billing department to answer their line or return calls either.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Virginia Street Dermatology. The staff were all warm and very accommodating. I don't think I've ever had a medical appointment that went so smoothly. I received a massage from Paige that was hands-down the best massage I've ever had. Pure professionals at this office and very kind.

Love Dr. Soe and Tiffani! They are so kind and knowledgeable. They found a very small melanoma on my husband and took care of it right away. The office staff is wonderful, never a problem getting an appointment. I'll never go anywhere else!

I've been going to Virginia Street Dermatology since my boys were little. I love Dr. Soe and her whole staff. The lobby and exam rooms are always clean and relaxing. I would recommend this practice to all my family and friends.

Dr. Soe, very polite and professional, I like the welcoming although they were very busy, they coordinate well, I feel I'm in good hands! Third year coming, absolutely kind and efficient! They have done an excellent job! Thanks to Dr Soe advice, I took the Blue Ray pre cancer therapy, I have so many black spots in my face mainly due to over exposure to the sun for over 40 years, I'm well impress for the care Dr Nancy gave me! Friendly, profesional and efficient. I'm always surprise with this Clinic!

Unprofessional. Dr. Soe never provided promised information on the cumulative dosage of a medication and then claimed (incorrectly) that it is not important. Except for the actual care, the office looks good and the staff is nice.

Had my first for my annual skin check up with them two weeks ago. Front office staff was very friendly and efficient. Back room medical people were great, gave me a very comprehensive exam, answering every question I had thoroughly and professionally. Best of all, unlike most medical practices, I did not have to wait well past my afternoon appointment time to be seen.

I was in the examination room before my scheduled time and left the building, after a comprehensive exam, twenty minutes after my appointment, which shows a high degree of respect for their patients.

Outstanding team at this office starting with Dr. Soe. Been going here for 10 yrs. Dr Soe has removed two areas of concerning (on my face) and no issues or problems with them. She also removed several moles on my back and never a problem. Paige Bowman is the best every time I am home in Dunedin I have several appt. with her (got to make up for lost time)

Fabulous Doctor! Fabulous care! Couldn't be happier with the treatment that I have received!

Worst experience I have ever had at a Derm. Office and I have seen Drs all across the nation. As a result I now have a huge scar and ended up with an undiagnosed infection. I knew something was wrong right away. I was in a lot of pain & could only lay down. I showed a nurse friend & another non Derm. Dr. whom both said it was infected. I went in to be seen and the PA gave me some cream "just in case".

She closed the door after the nurse/tech walked out & said we don't want to risk it being MRSA. What?! So then a few days later I meet the Dr for stitches removal. The Dr (Soe) did not even introduce herself. Instead shows me a sign about toilet paper usage that she thinks is funny to put in her employee bathroom as they are having problems. Hello, I am in pain & could care less & who are you?

She looks at it for 2 secs & tells me it looks PERFECT. I know something is wrong. Even your PA did that's why I got the cream. So I go to my PCP she puts me on antibiotics right away does testing & sure enough I have a serious infection! I get called in 2 more antibiotics. Yes just perfect. I call to complain & tell them about the bedside manner, time lost from work, lack of diagnosis & unnecessary money spent.

Not to mention what I have been through for a minor mole removal & the office mgr was the rudest person ever. I can't believe this lady deals with patients. She needs to be sent to customer service training. Blaming it on me. Well why didn't u come back here? Are u kidding me? U told me an obvious serious infection was PERFECT. Why would I trust my health to you again?

Then slams me with a $300+ bill for it. Daylight robbery. God forbid I took her advice & left it alone. Stay far far away. Worst mistake ever & now I have a permanent scar that is tender to this day for it.

Looking at all options? Dr.soe is able to look at everything cosmetic as well as physical. thinking of removing liver spots ftom my face. i do not wear mske up so ala natural is my thing and i wanna syill be a vein lil girl about my youth.the office does wrinkle laser removal. skin abrasion and or creams to gain elastisity. i will let you know my decision in the future. just checking.oh.they do this with most insurance so that is a plus.

Not accommodating. Office staff lacks courtesy and. professionalism. I waited 45 on three separate visits. This last time I was 15 minutes late for my appointment and called to let them know. I sat, yet again, for 45 minutes only THIS time they told me Dr. Soe wouldn't see me because I was late. A complete waste of my time this morning. I had them refund my copay and I walked out never to return. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I've been dealing with doctors my entire life and have NEVER been treated like this.
