Parkview Regional Hospital

I just want to thank all the staff for taking such good care of my mom during our stay there y'all are amazing and I appreciate the love y'all have for the job and for treating her like person and not just another patient

Here right now. Worst service ever. Look for somewhere else before here. Apparently losing your hearing when you work construction isn't an emergency. Even if u can't sleep due to ear and jaw pain. Sat here for hours to look outside the hospital room door to see the doctor sleeping in his chair. WORST ER EVER. They literally do not care about their patients.

Can not give totally bad review, there were a couple of nurses that were nice, but all means the bad takes 1st place. Check in time 7:15am for a procedure. 8:30am is procedure time. You have to go to ER to get checked, receptionist is not friendly at all, after 20 minutes she finally started checking us in. Got to the room for procedure and just got the vibe that they were not happy to see us.

Time goes on, we sat, sat, and sat, and now it's 9:25 finally found out Dr. GRAHAM ISNT EVEN THERE YET. He comes flying in room, street clothes, back pack on his back, , talking so fast cant understand what he's saying. VERY UNEXCEPTABLE. For a 15-20 minute procedure, we did not get out of there until 11 am. All businesses want you to use them for your needs, but look what kind of service you get. They want to charge people for being late or make you reschedule but they don't give discounts when they are late. ESPECIALLY THE DOCTOR.

I am not sure what is wrong with their billing department. But somehow they got my husband's new insurance information and charged them for the services. However, we didn't have this insurance, when my son went in for surgery. I am not sure where they got this information from. But now we are being told we have to pay for this bill out of pocket and medicaid should have paid for this. But we never received a bill until now when my husband's new insurance company sent us a rejection letter.

The emergency room operation is a joke! They tried to refuse to take in my mother in law. They were the only hospital around with empty beds at the time. The ambulance guys set them straight! How utterly unprofessional of a place that is supposedly to take care of people!

The worst hospital in Texas! No one should come here. They are horrible. So many people have died in this hospital and some of the other have gone in with one and come out with another problem. Do not trust this hospital. Check out another first.

The surgery staff was amazing, friendly and courteous. They were helpful in all my needs, the Anesthesiologist was amazing also, she answered all my questions. Dr Zielinski did an great job on my neck and he restored felling back into my fingers and no more shaking. Great job all the way around. Great hospital.

Trying to get blood drawn took an hour+ it's a little ridiculous! Other hospitals do it quickly! They need to figure out a better way! Still waiting by the way! Edited to add:THEY ARE RUDE AS WELL!

Very comforting to know you are a priority when coming here with an emergency! These ladies & doctors took extra special care of my husband!

Worst Hospital I've ever been to they dont care about your well being they also let others in front of you. I prefer groesbeck hospital over parkview.
