Dr. Antonio is probably the best there is. He has been my PCP for about 10 yrs now. On January 2021 I visited him with an issue of a sporadic spot in my feet and hands however I only showed him a picture at that time because when I went to the office it was not visible. After his usual analysis he wasn't sure what it was but gave me a corticosteroid and sent me to have some bloodwork done.

About a week later he called me (himself, and that is the norm) and told me "I got your results and, although negative, I kept looking/researching and I know what's wrong. You need to do a bit more of blood work to confirm". I did and "BOOM" he nailed it. It is a very rare and serious condition that started to develop in my blood. All from a picture I showed him and his desire, care and professionalism to find out what is was.

He referred me to a rheumatologist that confirmed it and now I am treated for this condition however is kept in remission. If it wasn't for Dr. Antonio's approach to medicine and humanity months could have gone by and who knows what could have happened. If you are treated by Dr. Antonio and he finds something wrong rest assure he will treat it and don't be surprised to receive calls from him checking on you and providing advice over the phone. ALSO, word to the wise, when scheduling appointments try to be one of the first three patients in the morning. It works best for me and my wife. He is very thorough, especially with new patients, and that can delay things during the day for afternoon patients.

Dr Nirmal Antonio is the most caring Dr. He takes his time to listen to you and address your needs to be sure that you are on your way to feeling better. Hes been my Dr for years and now I've moved away to another state and I truly miss Dr. Antonio. I recommend him, highly-qualified hands down.

Dr Antonio is a very knowledgeable and well versed physician. His bedside manner is impeccable, he is thoughtful and thorough. He not only treats me, but both of my aging parents (one of which has severe and chronic illness). I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Dr Nirmal is an amazing doctor, so thorough and very reliable, knowledgable and discusses every detail and makes details. Next appointment he will ask you thoroughly for every concern you have mentioned before. I would really hope they see these comments and change the following ability to schedule appointment easily and fast by that seeing new patients immediately not in three days or a week.

Also answering their phones, and checking with insurance before you arrive to the clinic. Provide online sheets to be filled before you arrive and a portal you can talk to your provider or see results or ask for a refill. wait time is sooooooooooo terrible! they tell you no available appointments but the wait time is ridiculous! I come allllll the way from Katy to see this amazing doctor if I can be seen at the time of my appointment then I wouldn't be spending 4 hours for a dr appointment (LOL). Highly recommend him wish he would have a Katy clinic!

Went in to see Ouais with appt at 2:00. Didn't see the Dr until after 5:00. The assistants there are pathetic. Their attitude is terrible and willingness to answer a simple question is like asked them about quantum physics. Save your time and money and go any where else. A witch doctor could probably help you better than this staff.

This place should be condemned and not be able to practice medicine. The front desk help makes you want to slap someone. I need prescriptions refilled and am forced to come in and deal with these nit wits. I sit for an hour on my lunch break and have to leave because they are not in the business of caring. When I see Antonio I think I will have some choice words for him being so whatever about the fact that my hemoglobin is low and I can't get the medicine written to increase it.

*** UPDATE *** 25 YEARS + IN AGONY EVERY MOMENT UNTIL NOW. I AM PAIN FREE. SO THANK YOU FOR MY MIRACLE DELIVERED IN WEEKS. Not much to look at and the receptionist was a little frosty so I started off thinking I'd made a mistake. I was late in but unlike many I don't see this as a bad sign but as a reflection of a doctor who gives patients the time they need instead of clock watching.

I was so glad I stayed! Dr Antonio has finally given me what I've been looking for. A PCP that can't do all my complex needs may require but at least is prepared to do all he can before referring me and is happy to hold the various threads of my care so I have a cohesive approach with someone watching the big picture. He was attentive, polite, considerate and careful.

He asked relevant questions and even listened - yes actually listened - to my responses. I'm going there now to follow on from the last appointment as I hadn't brought some results so we can plan my future care path. Beats the usual here's 10 referrals any day.

I wrote a long review. A very positive review bout it. It was about Dr Antonio and it was wiped off almost immediately. Dr Antonio Does not deserve to be mentioned in the same post as these negative and ugly comments. He is the best doctor I have ever used. Kind, caring, treats his patients with the utmost respect. A wonderful bedside manner and an all around wonderful human being.

If you need to air your disapproval of that clinic don't think he can do one thing about it. The Doctor/Owners need to clean house, but why would they. When your entire staff are minority, pay them less and keep more for yourself. Dr Antonio will one day find his way out of there and I pray for his sake he does not have to be mixed in with the negativity and hateful comments He knows your right about the staff, most all of them should be fired. He don't have the authority to do that. I just adore that man. Write a separate review don't mix his name in the negative ones. He truly cares about you and me.

Worst staff ever. Which is very sad because the doctor is very experienced and takes his time with you. The billing office doesn't bother replying to voicemails. The front office staff will put you on hold in the middle of a sentence, mind you, not even an argument. This place really sucks. This on top of the over hour wait (with set appointment) just makes me wish I could give them zero stars.

If you don't want to be helpful, don't like your job, etc., then stay home. Many people need jobs. It's not fair on your patients, the people of kingwood or the doctor who is actually a good doctor.

Is it possible to give them less than one star? THIS IS A NEGATIVE FIVE STAR ESTABLISHMENT. horrible customer service, beyond long wait time. Had an appointment at 1:00, finally got into a room at 3:00, was not even close to being seen by 4:00 so we walked out and asked for a refund and they said that they had already closed the systems down before my appointment and before some other people's appointment were even over.

A very distressed man came in screaming he couldn't breathe and not a single person (even the doctor) had no idea what to do nor could he figure out how to use the oxygen machine. Do not waste your time and money going here you will be incredibly disappointed. Nor will you get decent medical treatment.
