Services is horrible, didn't even give me the respiratory device that I asked for, For my breathing. I was waiting for no reason. Very bad service. Never coming back to this hospital. And they took my phone. "Never Go To This Hospital"

Review for emergency. Please be wary and find another facility. If your injured loved one can, find another hospital. Unfortunately I was struggling a lot to breathe and had no other choice. I fear this facility knows that and takes advantage, given there is a much larger hospital a couple miles away in Pomona. When being admitted, I asked the nurses to please use my right arm and not my left for an IV.

I donate blood regularly and have learned to administer an IV during my time in the military. They used my left arm anyways. After significant pain, blood, bruising, and begging the nurse to use the other arm, they were able to get another one in my right with no issue. I was charged for 2 IV applications. I originally went in for chest pain and difficulty breathing, the doctor merely told me to quit my job (BUT THEN HOW WOULD I BE ABLE TO AFFORD HEALTHCARE?) and to take ibuprofen.

I then was presented with nearly $4000 in charges AFTER insurance. When I dug around to find the charges, I was charged for many drugs which I did not receive, including morphine. As someone who lives a non-narcotic life and refused the morphine more than 3 times, I was stunned. It's crazy to me that it is 2021 and this level of ineptitude and barbarism still exists in medical facilities.

By the way, ibuprofen did not help my issue. I went to Pomona Valley, saw a real doctor and got the care I needed for under $200. Edit - Obligatory "I would give 0 stars if I could". Really though, 1 star implies they did at least something. I suppose that something was blatant theft. Edit 2 - 7 months later and I am still getting bills for 1400 dollars, when I was told by the hospital that my bills were settled. What a joke of a facility. If the staff doesn't kill you, the bills will put you under anyways.

Went in to the ER for a possible broken wrist. The wait was short, I was only in the waiting room for about 15minutes which most was spent filling out paper work. They did an x-ray which didn't take long as well as an examination of my wrist. Staff was professional and courteous. Overall best experience I've had in an ER and would much rather come here than Pomona which I've waited 8 plus hours just to be treated.

My mom came in this morning at 6am for some sort of heart arrythmia that's been keeping her awake at night. They drew blood, did x-rays, had to redo the blood because one vial got messed up somehow, and she had to sit in the waiting room for 6 hours! A nurse wouldn't let her leave until they were able to present to her the results, and a doctor did eventually come talk to her to tell her nothing was out of the ordinary.

She asked if she could leave but he said to wait 5-10 more minutes for a nurse to do something, but 20 minutes went by and she just left. Total time spent there was 8 hours! Her situation wasn't exactly a true emergency, but urgent cares weren't open at 6am and this ER wasn't all that busy so early in the morning. Still ridiculous that she had to spend 8 hours there.

Second time coming to this emergency room.but my second time I was very impressed with RN Claudia. She answered all my questions she was polite and attentive. I would definitely come back again. Thank you Mrs. Claudia.

Worst ER in the inland empire. Nobody helps you, they kick you out of the waiting room for asking questions, just overall awful service. If you have an emergency then avoid this ER at all costs

Montclair Hospital is horrific. I went in for respiratory issues and was never monitored for my complete 5 day stay. I had to hook up the respiratory machine myself. Two nurses tried to use infected/contaminated breathing apparatus. They don't have blinds on their windows while the public can see you urinate, change clothes, and while being naked.

This is a training hospital wherein RN's are in or just out of trainning school. Most do not have any higher (formal) education e.g., associate or bachelor's degree. The doctors are equally guilty and do not respond to medical violation of subordinate staff/co-workers

The front people in the office were rude. The lady I spoke to was white and had some tattoos on her arm, no judgment at all just explaining how she looked and she said it so low in her voice may I help you and did not hear and then she goes "I said can I help you" with a horrible attitude. There was no wait which was good and the rest was really decent. The nurses were nice and always checking in

This review is for the labor and delivery unit. Every single nurse I had was absolutely amazing, made me feel so comfortable and they were soooo helpful. I can't thank them enough for everything they did for us.
