We request that you provide us with 24 hours notice of cancellation if you are unable to make a scheduled appointment. New patients are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment time to complete paperwork. Receptionist had lot of unnecessary attitude. Doc was okay. Didn't call to follow up on lab results. Physical exam was limited to a chat for 10 minutes, he didn't even touch me. Last doc I had been to for annual checkup did a complete checkup including screening for testicular cancer.

I like Dr. Trehan but I'm never coming to his office on balfour in Brentwood again. Every. Single. Time I deal with the receptionists I want to cry, no matter if it is over the phone or in person. His receptionist are always extremely rude. I just don't even understand how you can work in the medical field and have no idea how to speak to patients.

I work in Sutter and work many patients a day. If I acted and talked to patients these people talk to me, I'd be fired a long time ago. So sad how rude and disrespectful they are.

In June I was hospitalized for a unexpected health problem. While in the hospital Dr. Trehan was in daily helping me to understand my situation and back on the road to recovery. Since then I have had several appointments and phone calls to the office and I can't tell you how helpful the staff has been. They have gone above and beyond for their patients. Dr Trehan became my Dr by default when my original Dr moved out of state. This is about my 5th appointment with him and the 5th time I have to sit and wait past my appointment time, 40 mins so far. Then when I see him he will be in a rush and not really listen to any of my concerns. Maybe it's time to find another Dr. but for all I know, all Dr's are like this now that we have a new medical system in place.
