Neo Vision Eye Center: Tandon Shobha

I have severe nearsightedness. The doctor was very impatient with me and gave me a prescription. I had to re-pay for another eye clinic where the prescription was accurate and completely different from here. Rubbish

I made a last minute appointment and when I got there she asked if I had been vaccinated. I was honest and said no. Then the front desk said " oh I'm sorry we are not taking people who are not vaccinated" I was shocked I drove all the way from Auto park mall in traffice to make it on time. I even asked if there was anything that I needed and she said no. I understand that its peoples Prerogative to take people or not to take people with vaccinations, however you wasted my time and I don't appreciate that.

They sold me on an Eye exam in addition to my Lasik Evaluation and now they tell me they can't order me Contacts because I didn't get a contact exam as well. Even though I told them I wear contacts and wanted to order some more at the time of my appointment ( I was talked out of it at that time, because they were hoping I would fork out for Lasik immediately).

Now that I actually want to order contacts they say they don't have my prescription and they can't make me an appointment. So now I'll have to pay out of pocket for a second eye exam somewhere else within a year of the insurance provided one. Frustrating to say the least. Won't be going back

The customer service is really bad. I was trying to make an appointment for annual check. She put me on hold for ~2 mins and then talked very impatiently. There's no spot open for this month then next month doctor's out of office! ( yes, for a whole month?) then next available is in September. She said u can call back later to reserve time in Sep and hang up. Very rude. won't come back. Good luck!

I've had high astigmatism for over 15 years. I finally grew tired of spending $600+ a year on contacts an glasses and decided to go with Dr. Tandon. After my initial exam, she told me that because my vision was so messed up, there was a possibility I would continue to have problems even after Lasik. Two weeks after my procedure however, my vision is as close to 20/20 as I could have ever hoped for.

Even Dr. Tandon was pleasantly surprised at how much my vision had improved just the following day after my procedure. She did an absolutely amazing job, and now I don't have to blindly search for my glasses just to get out of bed. I 100% recommend NeoVision!

She is an excellent doctor and offers excellent care for her patients. From helping us figure out various eye care options, Dr. Shobha Tandon and team do an exemplary job in caring for their patients.

Dr. Tandon is such an excellent doctor. The office and the building itself is absolutely stunning. The front desk receptionists are very kind and welcoming. There is a very comfortable atmosphere that is formed at the Neovision Eye Center. I was very nervous about getting Lasik eye surgery but Dr. Tandon and her staff are really great at helping patients ease their nerves. My only regret is not discovering this place sooner. Dr. Tandon, thank you so much!

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Tandon for a number of years now and wouldn't go anywhere else! She is very professional and explains everything thoroughly. Office personnel are so friendly and bend over backwards to make your appointments around your schedule. They are helpful when you select new frames, too. Everyone at NeoVision is very friendly and professional.

A star less than single can be chosen for Such a wonderful cheater. This is one of a best place one can spend not only money, even your eyes to give her income. She will suggest you what ever best possible way of treatment to misuse patience. A doctor should have little truthful to their patience but this lady is no where. Strictly don't visit. Go to kaiser or any other reputed eye care. Even Costco is also better.

This was one of the best medical experiences ever! Dr. Shobha Tandon has a profound knowledge. She is super polite and friendly. She explained everything in the right amount of detail. Her office and equipment are in superb condition; everything seemed new. I finally found a doctor that I will be happy to come back to -- every time.
