I was very impressed with Dr. Gall. He was very good at explaining everything to me. I was also impressed at updated equipment for the tests. I didn't get a new prescription for glasses, as I have an appointment with a specialist. Some Dr's would have given new prescription anyway. My sister is cancelling her appointment elsewhere as she was impressed with receptionist and making one at Total Eye Care!

I have been going to Total Eyecare for years. This was the first time that I have met Ashley. She was so wonderful. We laughed through the eye tests and she made me feel so comfortable. So nice to meet assistants that instantly make a yearly eye exam fun. Professional and very intelligent too. Then I met Dr. McConkie. He was equally as good. Very nice. My usual Dr, Dr. Alleman has retired, and I believe Dr. McConkie is equally as good. So glad that even through all the changes, I can still trust Total Eyecare.

I went in to see Dr. Micah Williams for a checkup on my eyes and get a new prescription. While I was there he was able to catch that I have keratoconus early on and refer me to a specialist to get my eyes fixed. They saved my eyes! The front desk ladies were very kind when I came in. I also got some new glasses there and when I was picking them out the worker there was very helpful the entire time. It was a great experience and I highly recommend going into this office for all your eye needs!

Welcoming staff, minimal wait time, and great pricing. I've been seen by Dr. Williams several times and every time he has been friendly, professional, and answers all of my questions. I no longer live in Elko, but still make a trip out there every year, just to be seen at Total EyeCare. 5/5 would recommend.

We have been with Total Eye Care for nearly 20 years. Very Friendly staff and very knowledgeable doctors and assistants. Our doctor is getting ready to retire. We will miss him but we wish him well in the new chapter of his life. No worries though, we know that we will be well taken care of with Total Eye Care.

Staff and doctors very helpful and friendly. I had an emergency situation where i needed to see eye doctor immediately. Dr Micah Williams saw me right away.

The optometrist was willing to meet me at a moments notice on a weekend to check my eyes out after some post lasik pain. Very friendly and professional and will be switching doctors over to them!

As you enter the beautiful new spacious facility, you are happily greeted by the friendly women at the front desk. The ophthalmic assistants are very thorough and great at explaining the steps of the tests/exams you take before seeing the ophthalmologist. They make the process easy and painless.

The Ophthalmologists are the best of the best! I appreciate the time they dedicate to each patient. They are very knowledgeable in their field to help you best understand what you need for your personalized eyecare and what YOU feel most comfortable with for yourself. Give this place a try. Wonderful and attentive staff. Very caring with all ages, and very thorough. I drive 2 hrs one way just because I can depend on them and trust their staff. All of the doctors are Wonderful and I never worry because of them.

I went to Total Eye care for over 20 years. Dr Alleman is so professional and his office does the most thorough Eye exams I've ever had! I've been searching for 6 years, since i moved away for the same care and haven't found it yet.

The new office is beautiful. The front desk staff was very friendly, efficient and organized. The Doctor was great, assistant not so much, but I can overlook that since the rest of the staff and environment was great.

Dr. Williams was the first doctor able to tell what was wrong with my eyes when I had ocular papilledema and psuedotumor cerebri. After he referred my grandma and I to a Neuro Ophthalmologist in Salt Lake, he continued to check in on me. He's great with people, especially children. I don't explain things very maturely, but he understood everything I was explaining. If you or your kid need an eye doctor, definitely go to Total Eyecare and Dr. Williams! Thank you so much for helping me be able to go back to normal life!

The staff is wonderful! They were so patient and gentle with my 2 year old when we found out he needed glasses. The wait time wasn't that bad either. The doctor we saw was kind and efficient. Great selection of frames. Just overall a really good experience.

I want to say thank you to Dr Williams for going way out of his way to help us out. He is way personable and smart. I didn't think there was a doctor around that could help us and he did more than that. We got excellent care and treatment and answers. I recommend him as an excellent eye doctor who truly cares about his patients.

Six months ago I had my eye exam done at a different optometrist office. I had been experiencing vertigo and headaches, with no relief. I finally made an appointment with Total Eye Care and the experience was better than anything I could've asked for. Dr. Williams and his team made me feel very comfortable and they used tools and technology I didn't see at the other place. They were able to find that my prescription was very wrong and fitted me with the perfect contacts. Now, no more headaches and no more vertigo. I am forever grateful!
