I am a patient of Doctor Rad from urology. I had half of my kidney removed from cancer. Everyone from the surgeon Doctor Rad and his staff treated me very good. I recommend him to anyone who needs to see a urologist. He is the kindness and caring Surgeon I ever had. Thank you for everything. Shirley Maust

Michelle and Misty are 2 of the most awesome nurses on 5th floor night shift.they need to be recognized for goin above and beyond.also the peer recovery program is amazing .made me feel welcome.and reconnected me with meetings .keep moving forward Mon general!

ER staff had no sympathy for my 85 year old mother. Had her in tears. Very condescending to me as well. Treated me like I was a bother because I dared to call twice. One person tells you one thing, another has a completely different story. Had always been pleased with them in the past. Now majorly disappointed twice.

Went to my appointment at 9:00 AM, today. A mask is required, which I wore. Clerk that I checked in and out with wore her mask without her nose covered. And, at times pulling her mask completely off. Handing me an iPad to read and sign, papers with receipt and an appointment. I don't know what her perspectives are regarding mask wearing, but I didn't feel comfortable with an employee NOT following mask policy. But, she NEEDS to be instructed about HOW to wear her mask properly. Watch Mon Health System's video on YouTube. I did!

If I could give a 0 star review, I would on employer. They speak of team and by team they mean those who have been there for awhile and those in positions of management. When you speak to those in management, make sure ALL correspondence is through ways you can keep because they will say things via phone then deny and use what they messaged in ways to protect each other.

There is bullying being covered, abuse of power being covered, and retaliation. They are cruel and insensitive and do not care about what their lies nor hurtful things do to the people they set out to attack. Many things could be done to fix the backlogs and they care more about their own selfish agenda.

Currently had to be quarantined to await covid testing along with my INR to be checked. They quarantine us in the ambulance entrance which is freezing cold. No bathroom. No tissues. I've been waiting 2 hours now in an ice box wearing sweat pants, boots, hoodie, and coat.

Absolutely horrible! I was told i needed to come in for a check up. 2:30p appointment time. I was there at 2:15 pm. 2:55p taken back to a room and left there. at 330p i got up and left. 20 minutes later I'm getting a call where did you go? Really? the lady then tells me sorry sir we got busy. No No you didn't. You and you're coworkers telling jokes and having a good time was more important. do lie to people and think were that ignorant. So now here i sit with things i need and don't have.

If I could give 100 stars I would. Dr. Alexander for OBGYN/Birth went above and beyond on every aspect from handling issues to the perfect birth of our child. Her office is organized, caring, and very clean. She always answered/s my questions and gives me resources/information to read after any explanation. If you want care that is unlike any other, go see Dr. Alexander! ------------------------ Also wanted to leave a great review- in addition to Dr. Alexander's excellent care-for the Birth Center at Mon, the fabulous Nurses in that department (too many great ones to mention), Dr. Herrring, the birth C-section room, and the anesthesiology department!

They all exceeded all expectations and gave myself and our baby phenomenal care! They also took time to ensure my husband was comfortable and involved. Thank you Mon General for your care!

For most of my life, Mon General has handled my medical care. I'm especially thankful for the Women's Imaging Center and Radiology. They offer outstanding care from check-in to check out. The radiologist even came to talk with me after a procedure to explain why and that all was well. I've been blessed by their service to the community!
