I'm so happy I found Eastern Podiatry! Friendly and caring from the front desk to the back office staff and doctor. Dr Hendershot was a very patient listener and explained my conditions to my satisfaction. He did not act hurried and rushed, which means a lot to me, and he seemed very skilled and knowledgeable. I had a poor experience with a previous podiatrist so I'm very happy with this office! I recommend!

Great clinic, wonderful doctor, super nice nurses, and friendly office staff. My dad had a very bad experience with a different doctor, and I recommended this place to him, he was less then enthusiastic about going but after his first appointment, he has found his podiatrist, this one is it for him. They just provide great care.

I have been to see Dr Bauer a few times and I have always been treated with respect and kindness and have always received awesome care. My husband is also a patient and has also received the best treatment. I have nothing bad to say. If you need a podiatrist Dr Bauer is my recommendation.

First time here, had an excellent experience: from setting my appointment without an excessive wait, to quick paperwork as a new patient, caring receptionists, back office staff, and friendly, professional, no nonsense doctors who are well trained, helpful in their explanations & suggestions. I am a school teacher who is on my feet most of the day, so when I need help with my feet, I don't need care that takes a century to address. I require prompt, exact care & treatment at a fair price. 5 STARS and more if I could give them!

Called to schedule an appointment for my son and every time I called the receptionist just puts you straight on hold without actually answering the phone. You literally hear the phone ring then music from being placed on hold I called on 03/2/2021 at 9:30. Was on hold for over 5 minutes. And then when they answer the lady is rude. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will be for sure letting everyone else know about how poor of service you will receive with this place. I am beyond shocked at their customer service.

Extremely happy with my visit to Eastern Podiatry. I went in on a Dr referral for pain in my right big toe. Dr. Bauer was extremely gentle, informative and pleasant. To my surprise, I was able to have a procedure done right there, in office, same day to relieve the pain! Not only was I very happy with Dr Bauer but also the team working at the lobby desk are awesome! Very helpful, friendly and customer service oriented! I was nervous about my appointment but was quickly made feel at ease going to Eastern Podiatry!

I had been to Eastern Podiatry 20+ years ago for bunion removal and hammertoe surgery and they were wonderful! Having recurring problems with age, I was pleased to see they were still in business. The staff were professional and friendly. Dr. Henderschott was great, putting me at ease immediately! In my mind, i was sure another surgery was upcoming, but thankfully I was wrong! If and when necessary, I'll definitely return.

Went here to treat an ingrown toenail. I'm sort of prone to ingrown nails so I've been through this type of thing multiple times. I've gotten treated here two times, and I honestly do not want to go anywhere else if I need something done in the future. The staff are nice, they'll definitely work with you. Dr. Hendershot did a great job prefacing the procedure to me, and it's obvious that he knows what he is doing. Normally, I dread the pain that comes along with this.

I've had really bad experiences with some places that really make my teeth clench and white knuckle the armrests. I consider myself to have a moderate to slightly high pain tolerance. But Dr. Hendershot was really easy going, and kept the pain to a minimum. Honestly, the worst thing was just the numbing injection, which is not bad at all. Barely even felt the clipping. He's really great, thank you. I highly recommend Eastern Podiatry. I'm always satisfied whenever I walk out of this place.

Dr Bauer is amazing with "the injection" to numb toe before removing the nail. The staff is friendly, was able to get a timely appointment, did not have to wait too long in the office and he really had great bedside manner. He waited until I said I was ready for the injection, talked me through it, and best part. waited until I was numb to begin. Did not treat me like I was just another patient in a busy day. I am shocked at the outcome. Would highly recommend!

All of the staff at Eastern Podiatry are outstanding! I originally went to this location on a whim a few years back and was happy with my treatment. I recently returned to have an ingrown toenail looked at and had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Reed for the 1st time. He was so wonderful and allayed my fears about having a procedure to correct the problem.

No high pressure or admonition from Dr. Reed was a refreshing change from other doctors who make you feel your choices are limited. I had the procedure to remove part of my ingrown nail and walked out a short time later. It was no big deal, literally! Dr. Reed is caring, kind and professional and so good at what he does. His smile will blow you away too.

I highly recommend Dr. Reed and the considerate and efficient staff at Eastern Podiatry. I will continue to patronize this practice even though it is out of my way and there are podiatrists closer to my home, it's worth the trip. Thank you Dr. Reed and all the staff at Eastern Podiatry.

Our appointment ran about 45 minutes late, which I guess is not uncommon on Tuesdays due to surgeries. Most of the staff is very friendly and even had nice conversations in the waiting area with other patients. Dr. Reed was great! He was super friendly and informative, but efficient. He also found a conversation to connect with my son during his appointment to help make him more comfortable. Stephanie was the one who helped us, she was friendly in a very a sincere way and we all felt comfortable.

The only bad part was during my son getting his casts done one of the nurses (she has long dark hair) opened the door to ask if stephanie was "done yet" in the most rude way possible. She was clearly busy with a patient, I took it as her rushing Stephanie and our appointment, I dont appreciate that.

Dr. Reed is an amazing doctor. Patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Got me in to see him on short notice and got me back to work the next day. I would recommend him for your Podiatry needs.

Dr. Reed was tremendous. I was extremely nervous about what might have to happen and expressed my anxiety to Dr. Reed. He calmed me down, listened to everything I said and took steps to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. I would recommend Dr. Reed to anybody that would ask and will go back any time I have a need to without any concern or doubt.

I went to that clinic for a serious problem I had on my toenail, I was treated by Dr. Bauer and the medicine he prescribed gave me a very good result. I recommend it. He is an excellent doctor.

Horrible experience with Dr. Bauer, uncertain about treatment options and how to treat my issue, stated was putting in a prescription when I finally stated what I would like to do. Later that evening went to retrieve the scripts after waiting an hour to be told no prescription was ever put in. A waste Of money and my time.

In February 2018.i visited eastern podiatry. It was a nightmare that is still going on, I doubt that my feet will ever be the same again. This doctor fausett popped ever nerve in both of my feet.he sat there and felt around and popped them like he was popping bubble wrap. I New that each press was hurting but i thought that it would be something temporary.i would snatch my feet after he pinched each nerve not realizing what was being done to me.four hours latter i was at quick care my feet was hurting and felt as though they were on fire They still hurt.i have seen two different doctors for my feet.when made my appointment my feet wasn't hurting, but they haven't stopped hurting since.he really hurt me possibly for life.his assistant had a bad ass case of the flue.and he allowed her to work with each patient.i mentioned that to him, and i believe that is why he damaged the nerves in my feet.i think i pissed him off.and i think that's why he hury me Even though when i told him that she should not be at work he told me that i was.right. I wish i didn't have to give him this star.

I had a great experience at eastern podiatry. The staff, especially Dr. Ben Bauer were awesome and very professional. I didn't have to wait at all and the procedure went very smoothly. I would definitely go here again and recommend to my family and friends.

Asked if they took my insurance and literally just got hung up on. Not even a response.

Dr Fausett and the entire staff was great. Very pleasant and knowledgable. He helped fix what another doctor did. Amazing, clean, and quick.

I found them on Yelp & glad I did! I had an ingrown toenail that was so painful over the weekend I couldn't bear to have it touched. I soaked it, dug into it, and put antibiotic ointment on it - but then I remembered I never went to medical school so I better see a podiatrist. I didn't want to waste time seeing my primary care doctor, so I looked on Yelp.

I called yesterday & got an appointment for today. Dr Fausett was great! But he didn't know what Yelp was so I explained it to him. He told me how he would numb the toe, remove the side of the nail & deaden the nerve on that side so it wouldn't grow back. Other than the initial shot, I didn't feel a thing. I found it to be an absolutely fascinating procedure. I would definitely recommend this practice!

Woke up with foot pain and was quickly brought in the office was technically closed stuff is great doctor was awesome free and goodness highly recommend!

Dr Fausett is wonderful! He is a kind and very caring person and an excellent doctor. He has taken great care of me for nearly two years now. I highly recommend him. His staff are also lovely. They, too, are very kind and extremely helpful.
