Cross Timbers Ear Nose & Throat Associates PA

I went to see Dr. Wu for my constant ear pressure and sinus infections. He decided surgery was best to cure my issues. It has been almost a year since my surgery and I'm still just as miserable. Ear pressure was never addressed and I still have constant sinus and upper respiratory infections. Dr. Wu told me there is nothing more he can do. So a waste of over 7k spent with this "DR".

Cross Timbers has been the best specialist office that I have been able to find for my mom in a long time. I took her to see Dr. Wu and Dr. Margo since she has been having problems hearing and from the time we came into the office our experience was excellent. The receptionist Mikenzy was very sweet and helpful. She warmly greeted us as soon as we came in and didn't mind helping mom with paperwork. Dr. Wu and his nurse listened to our concerns and helped us figure out what we needed to do moving forward with hearing aids. Dr. Margo was very nice as well when we saw her for the actual hearing aids appointment. My mom can hear fairly well thanks to all of their help. I will recommend this place to all of our family, friends and neighbors.

After almost 3 years of my son being on allergy medication I decided to search for a Specialist and found Cross Timbers ENT. Dr. Cho is the doctor to has help my son and was able to figure out immediately that my son has zero allergies and the thing that has been causing all those allergy type symptoms are his adenoids. We agreed go having surgery, Marsha has been assisting us with the surgery process, scheduling and finances which was done in more then a timely manner, its only been one month since we visit Dr. Cho and we are already on our way to surgery next week. Everyone in the office has made my son feel safe and comfortable. Great Doctors, Awesome staff and definitely recommend this facility!

Marsha took care of scheduling my surgery, pre op, and post op appointments. I made mention that I work 6am to 3pm so, without me having to even ask, all my pre op and post op appointments were made to accommodate my work schedule.

Dr. Leffingwell and his staff are Professionals. They quickly worked me in, diagnosed the problem, and explained everything. I started all prescriptions within 2hrs of the appointment which fixed me up in a week. Thank you!

Highly Recommend! I'd struggled with chronic recurring sinus infections for a few months. Thankful a friend recommended Dr. Shellingburger. I had sinus surgery after a through examination and it's been life changing. Don't struggle with allergy infections, find out what the root of the problem is. Friendly staff and nurses! Always a pleasant visit!

Very nice facility with a friendly and professional staff. Appointments were available without a long wait. Allergy shot injections were painless.

Dr. Leffingwell is unable to communicate what is needed. I found out from my pharmacy that I had 5 different prescriptions that he wrote and he did not discuss any with me. This has happened multiple times within the last year. The different departments within the practice do not communicate with each other. I've had to do all the legwork on why I needed the prescriptions, pushed them to complete my paperwork for surgery after it was completed a full month earlier and have had to call multiple times to even set up the surgery because the one person I always need to talk to is miraculously out of the office that day (every time).

I haven't been shown evidence of why I was being pushed for certain procedures and medicine post-surgery. Regretting having anything done by this practice. I will not see anyone that he has as a referral and now hesitant of finding another ENT because of how this practice is managed.

Jen is always so warm & welcoming! 10/10 experience with my allergy shots every week. All staff at cross timber Mansfield is great! Dr. Leffingwell listened to my issues I've been having with my sinuses and now I am able to breathe better than ever before. I highly recommend this place!
